Apocolyptic post time! The Knicks are unraveling and might be lucky to have this series go to 6. Definitely lucky to be 1-1 in the series right now.

The Knicks offense has run through Julius Randle all year. He's 5th in the NBA in Iso % and the only big in the top 20 besides Giannis. Most of his catches are coming on the wing and Atlanta is sliding an extra help defender over to take away the drive.

Julius wasn't exactly scoring easy buckets either during the season, yet this newfound consistent tough shot making was incredible and made him deserving of MIP. However, I was wondering if it would translate into the playoffs and it hasn't. He doesn't seem to have much else to go to.

I did have a feeling that Randle being the primary scorer would be an issue in the playoffs when teams really start to gameplan against him.

How do the Knicks improve this offseason? I do want to see the Knicks become a legit team. They can definitely improve from Bullock, ideally Barrett becomes an efficient 20 ppg scorer, and figure out PG spot.

A quick 19-4 start, yeah I don't see it going past 4 games. So, I can see at least 2 sweeps. I can see Wizards stealing a game at home.

Really looking forward to that Nets-Bucks series.

I did have a feeling that Randle being the primary scorer would be an issue in the playoffs when teams really start to gameplan against him.

How do the Knicks improve this offseason? I do want to see the Knicks become a legit team. They can definitely improve from Bullock, ideally Barrett becomes an efficient 20 ppg scorer, and figure out PG spot.

Knicks are dead last in pace, so getting a PG that can push the pace and create open shots will be huge.

RJ needs to add some off the dribble game, right now he's only a straight line drive and catch and shoot player.

They also need more shooters and a big or wing that can guard up and space the floor. I don't know if Obi will develop into that but a large part of the reason Atlanta has bottled up Julius is because they don't have to worry about Taj or Noel.
