Cima, we both know it won’t be permanent. Hell, can anyone say how they’re actually enforced? Because who’s to say a few years from now he doesn’t try to go to a game again? Especially when the threat of a ban isn’t exactly stopping the same people from doing it over and over and it’s been going on for a few years now.

Personally I’d rather they put the gloves on and throw hands because that’s exactly what would happen in the street if you were to spit on someone or throw trash at them.

I have no reason to believe it won't be permanent and that's because I've never heard of someone being permanently banned and it not being enforced. Then again until this past month I don't really recall seeing many of these fans acting like complete idiots.


Getting arrested was great though, I don't remember reading about the other banned fans getting arrested (and they should've if they weren't). Next best thing would be for social media to dox these clowns and we should be good but this behavior from these stupid fans has got to stop.

I feel like the logo stomp is about the most a player can do to taunt the opposing team/fans. I get some see it as disrespectful, but that's the point. I like it in the same way I like aggressive fan chants like Trae is getting.

I'd look the other way if I was NBA security if a player went into the stands. Under no circumstances. Should a bottle be thrown at a dudes head. But I'm grown tired of Kyries actions tbh. Dude is immature.

Ban all the fans for life doing this trash and arrest them. There's a real problem in this country with entitlement. I'm so sick of it. Not to sound like a hardass but if I saw another fan throwing something at a player I'd punch him myself.

I do agree with Kyries comments though. They are getting treated like it's human zoo. And these are ****ing adults. Can you act like it. People man. Just always gotta ruin things for everybody else.

As security, you’d lose your job. Because if that player goes in and gets a couple of hits in but then gets jumped/injured, that’ll be the end of you.

I think if a player strikes a fan, there should be no punishment for the player.

I really want an athlete to make a public example out of one of these fans one day.

I thought the stomp was disrespectful to the Celtics organization because they never really did anything to Kyrie but not that big of a deal. It was like T.O. on the Cowboys star.

Let the players handle this if they have a problem with it. No biggie IMO.

This fan/player stuff is so boring to me. Had to know fans were gonna act extra stupid after being let out of their cages after a year. Punish them and move on. Days and days of debate and finger wagging is the most tedious kind of "drama."

A fictional cartoon character [emoji23]I can understand if he spit on Red Aurebach’s name on the floor itself because that’s crossing a line by disrespecting the dead.

At the end of the day, this is a classic case of a certain group being able to dish it out but can’t take it in return.
