Yep, Quickley and Rose are scoring guards. They aren't setting the table and making life easier for other guys. Quickley can't even throw a basic alley-oop yet, though he'll grow. Rose has his moments, but he's still a score-first guard. There are no plus-level playmakers. It makes life very difficult in the playoffs.

Damn Knicks are folding hard. Hawks played tough I must say. Not gonna be the easiest out.

Well that will really do it. Unexpectedly fun season with a tough end that exposed our issues. Still a long way to go.
Worst of luck to the hawks cuz **** them

Where do Wizards go from here. Likely going to be out of lottery, not going to attract good free agents, banking on Avdija and Hachimura to blossom, a 33 year old Westbrook locked in for a few more years. I would blow it up. I wouldn't want to fight for a play in if my team wasn't heading towards the right direction. I would trade Beal for a big haul and rebuildComment

Hell yeah I’ll be in there.
We overachieved so this isn’t too much of a letdown. Randle can’t be your #1.Comment

I'm looking forward to seeing how ATL looks against PHI. Are they better than I think, or are we truly as bad as I think we are?"You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs - 1st Round Discussion Thread
He definitely had an impact. But, I'm not sure he's a winning player. Even when he had triple doubles this series, it's more of a "you have to check the box score to see he had it" triple double. He's a player you want to root for with his intensity, hustle, and heart. But, he isn’t a player you want on your championship team. But, I do think he had impact on teammates. I think he was a big reason for the initial success of Oladipo.

A recent Washington Post article pretty much summed up the Wizards as a team on the “treadmill of mediocrity.” And while it didn’t explicitly advocate tanking, it wasn’t far off.
