As an old school cat born in the 70s, props to Atl...no excuses, no whining and (again) no excuses.

Hobbled star player? Check.

Starters sidelined with season-ending injuries? Check.

Playing and coaching as a team, underdogs on the road with no accolades? Check.

Guys who cash NBA checks stepping up when needed? Check.

No crying and whining about it throughout the series? Check.

Also props to Simmons and Embiid for their sportsman ship. They didn't run and hide and pout. Real men growing up in front of your eyes.

It’s great for the league.. but man just looking at that it feels like Giannis not winning will be a huge let down now.

I kinda want to see CP3 get a ring, who knows if it’s his last shot or not. Or maybe even just go full underdog and pull for the Hawks lol.

It’s very great for the league.

But knowing the people that cover it and hold weight, they’re gonna treat this like the worst outcome because there’s no LeBron, KD, Harden, Philly, Knicks, Celtics or Warriors remaining.

Might be the best outcome for the Sixers. They didn't deserve it. Coming into the season, everyone knew, Sixers were a bad half court team, bench would be a concern, no secondary playmaker, no one who can create their own offense.

I would Trade Ben. Let Green, Howard, Scott walk. Have to figure out the backup 5 role. Problem with a Ben trade is that his market value definitely dropped this series. You can't even play him in the remaining minutes in a close game. He attempted 14 FGs the last 3 games combined. You have to give up multiple first round picks to get rid of him

I feel like there's some team stupid enough even after that to take a chance on Simmons. There's always that one team. Like Minnesota for instance lol

I don't know about multiple first rounders, there have to be several organizations who feel as if they can get him right.

Yeah this definitely wasn’t part of the process.

Amazing how flawed this Philly team is. Loaded with pieces that don’t compliment each other and huge contracts.

Somebody will. Simmons isn't a starting PG on a championship team. But, he could be a great player on a Bad team.

Too top heavy. While Tobias played good this year, still vastly overpaid. He's a third option at best. Ben and Joel don't fit together. Doc loves the bench lineups even though they don't fit together at all.

I'm still all for moving Tobias as well lol
