I really think these national games are the only time you hear decent commentary lol. The local teams are some clown shows.

Sounds like some of them have gotten a head start on the holiday egg nog. The Cleveland commentary team guy was in rare form.

Edit: Wow, you throw Covington out of the game for that? I doubt very seriously he was aiming at the referee.

While I agree with you on that, I don’t feel it was a “hostile act towards a referee”. Sometimes the refs in this league go overboard. It’s an emotional game, and nobody is paying to see them. You can make an exception for that, in my opinion when the intent is not like a Dennis Rodman scenario to intimidate a referee.

You can make an exception for that, in my opinion when the intent is not like a Dennis Rodman scenario to intimidate a referee.

It's the overall content. He just got called in a foul. He obviously doesn't agree with the foul and in frustration he throws the masks. And the way he walks away like nothing is happening. It's clear he knew he did something wrong.

From the ref point of view it's one thing if there wasn't a call made and then this happen. But it's obvious where is coming from.

Unless I'm missing something here?

Honestly Bagley is such a rare mix of talent, length, athleticism, I have no idea why they haven’t been able to get him a prominent role on a team that bad. I look at Mobley’s early success (I know he’s a better defender) and Bagley has every offensive tool that guy has but they haven’t even been playing him.
