Go ahead and add Derrick Jones Jr to the Bulls’ Covid outbreak. That’s DeMar, DJJ, Coby White, Javonte Green and Matt Thomas all out in the protocol and Caruso still out to injury. We can’t have nice things in Chicago apparently

Apparently he hasn't missed a FT in the last 3 seasons lol. He only took 1 this year and has took and made 44 FTs the last 3 seasons so far. He's someone who accepts his role

Awesome to see the streak is still alive it was like mid season before he even took one last year in Atlanta. It was nerve racking when he went to the line to see if the streak would end.

When they have Bane, Brooks, Jackson Jr, and Jones all playing they still have a really strong group Ja or no Ja. Brooks is out tonight though so idk how long they will hang around.

Adams and Jones are just such high IQ guys they do stuff that goes unnoticed but makes impact. Adam’s is just so big and active on the offensive glass. He destroyed Miami without Bam the other night, forced Dallas to play Boban in their first game against them, doesn’t have crazy stats but he really disrupts what a lot of team want to do defensively and with their rotations. You have to play big to keep him off the glass but when you go big his ball screens force those bigs to switch/hard hedge on Ja (when he’s playing) which is just a nightmare for defenses.

Jones just became the first player in 40 years to get 100+ assists and 20 or less turnovers through the first 25 games of a season… random *** stat but does a good job of depicting the type of player he is regardless. He’s just a really solid traditional guard.

And of course Bane just doesn’t miss shots. Don’t think he was expected to become a solid defender with those short *** gymnast arms but he’s got a lot of the same “play hard” habits that Brooks has. And he’s just automatic. 40% from 3 guy, 90+ from the line, attacks decent, runs the floor hard on the break, moves well without the ball, he does it all.

A lock down perimeter defender, Royce is good but can't do it on his own

When Conley and Mitchell are both healthy they're serviceable defensively but like we saw in the playoffs, they can get torched if they're banged up which is everybody down the stretch that time of year

If we could find a way to add someone like Lu Dort that'd be perfect. Jerami Grant would be even better but good luck getting him with our assets

Good basketball. Look, if I could travel to a Sixers-Nets game when they were ****. It was like watching 2 highschool basketball teams try to figure out basketball. They were really really bad. I can watch these 2 play.
