That Reaves behind the back pass to Rui was beautiful and on point. I don't even think Lebron took a shot in the last 4 minutes. That's wild.

If he keeps this up then I could see someone signing him to a deal y'all can't match.

Dude has been so good he made my boy Lonnie Walker IV expendable, LOL. [emoji38]

I think in theory they can match anything because of the Arenas rule or whatever it’s called. It’s more so a matter of if Jeanie will match.

Idk how it works exactly the Lakers can only offer so much with their offer, but he’s restricted and basically if a team throws a max at him the Lakers can match it but have it heavily backloaded so they aren’t forced to just let him go if they don’t want to.

Something like 11mil, 12mil then jump to 36mil, and 38mil.

Always risky because you’re paying such a huge dollar amount those last couple of years instead of it being 20-25 mil a year more evenly over 4 years.

When does his current deal expire and you really think someone will throw the max at him?

He’s in the last year of the two year deal he signed. He’s a free agent this summer.

No I don’t think anybody will throw max money at him, was just the example of what matching that type of deal would look like for him. Think the most the Lakers can offer him themselves if like 4years 50ish mil, I think that’s the early bird max. Anything above that will have to be matched and backloaded via the Arenas rule.

I could be wrong on this. But I feel like the Clippers will play better without PG. They won't have two guys playing heavy iso ball now. It might open the offense up.

I don’t believe I’ve ever heard anyone else call Gordon “EG”. Even Eddie Guerrero wasn’t referred to as that, and he was far more well known than Eric Gordon I’d say. These announcers just making up stuff?
