I’m starting to think GS doesn’t have the depth to hang with Sac.

The starters have to fight so hard just to keep it close.

Game 3 will be telling.

I’m starting to think GS doesn’t have the depth to hang with Sac.

The starters have to fight so hard just to keep it close.

Weird thing about this is they should though. Whether or not they show up is another thing but Donte, Poole, Kuminga, Payton, Green off the bench is a really solid 5. That’s deeper than plenty of teams if you’re getting their A game, IMO at least.

They just aren’t doing a lot now, and Kerr is only playing the small guys, Sac matches that very well with Mitchell and Monk off the bench. The smaller Kerr goes the smaller Sac can play too, these Fox, Mitchell, Monk rotations wouldn’t work against lots of other teams. But Golden State is playing into that when they run out 3 of Steph, Poole, Payton, Donte at the same time.

If Barnes would do anything at all they would have won game 1 more convincingly and have a bigger lead now. Dude plays scared in the playoffs I swear. Looking like regular season to playoffs Rodney Hood.

The Kings rotations are different. They don't really go with your traditional starter vs starter. Mike does a really good job of mixing it. Davon just closed that half out. Or Mike is on a "if your tired sub"

That's why Kerr logic was weird and said if they keep playing defense. But that fell apart quick.
