Wonder if Ja and Brooks declined media again. Would like to hear from Ja, just to show some leadership and set goals to come back better next year. Typical stuff you want to hear from your star rather than just ducking the media.

Wonder if Ja and Brooks declined media again. Would like to hear from Ja, just to show some leadership and set goals to come back better next year. Typical stuff you want to hear from your star rather than just ducking the media.

Journalist guy asked Ja the laziest question about the "fine in the West" comment, and he answered it the best way he could. I honestly had forgotten about that comment. Probably because it wasn't even a big deal.

Nah I bet he’s made himself an extra 5 mil a year at least and gained interest from substantially more teams heading into this off-season.

Not like his career was done or anything like that, but I’m assuming he’s got 24 year old lottery pick value again at this point rather than 13th man on the roster and two 2nd round picks value. And some were out there saying the Lakers lost that trade even.

Nobody cared when he was a fringe stater on average teams. A lot of teams will care that he can get you 29 in a playoff game playing next to superstars. That’s what every contender wants to see when looking for that 4th/5th guy or 6th man type to make a difference.

If his career wasn’t done, then he’s not reviving anything, lol. Because using that word in that context, that’s what it suggests.

He’s been thriving in a different role with better personnel, better system and lesser expectations compared to when he on the Wizards.

I really love thoses double screen at the top with the ball in Dlo or Reaves's hands, Lebron on the wing looking to cut, AD rolling to the rim. If Vanderbilt can hit the corner three you can't defend that.
