Where are the 50 high school players who have trouble adjusting? There has only been 29 high school players drafted. High school players don't enter the draft unless they know that they are going to be drafted in the first round. And do you think that nba coaches don't care about winning? You don't know what you're talking about then.

As for some guys who didnt make it, like I said I dont keep track, but here are a few:

Lenny Cooke
Taj McDavid
Ellis Richardson
Tony Ke
D'Angelo Collins
Korleone Young
guys who made it but get little or no PT:
Kendrick Perkins
Travis Outlaw
Ndudi Ebi
Daruis Miles (although I like him, what has he done so far)

These guys were all told they would be drafted in the first round. Lenny Cooke thought he would be a top 3 pick, he said so himself. Where is he now

I don't think you can rightfully include the Euros in this debate. The culture there is completely different then the culture in North America. The Euro players are brought up from an early age to play basketball and the teaching of the game is based on the fundamentals moreso then the flash and pizazz that we see from HS'ers in NA. The Euros are collegiates in terms of a well rounded game compared to most HS'ers.

They aren't in college though, they are in their own pro leagues. They have been professionals since they were teenagers and people love their style of play so...

I read your posts, you said 50 and listed 6 players that's a huge gap.

So they draft the players that they think are the best which most times are these high school players. Obviously they know a lot more then you will about coaching and about the league and they have no problems with drafting these players. This age limit is just a way to bail out everyone and shut out players who should be in the league.

So they draft the players that they think are the best which most times are these high school players. There's busts everywhere. College, high school, European league. Hisorically, there's been many more college busts than there have been High School busts...

You can say... "O0o0 look at Kendrick Perkins and D'Angelo Collins and Korleone Young... !!!11!!!" But I can say "Look at Joseph Forte, Mateen Cleaves, Trajan Langdon and William Avery."

The draft has always been a crapshoot. You never know what you're getting, no matter who you draft.

Kwame Brown is definitely coming around this season but theres no doubt in my mind that he would be a SUPERSTAR if he had gone to college for 2-3 years. Definitely...

Why is it that people who adamantly are for no age limit bring up this as a part of their argument? Last time I checked, college teams always still get great talent. Not every high school kid goes to the NBA. The college game hasn't been decimated that much except for losing out on some superstars, which college b-ball used to have. But that's about it.

It's hurt the NBA though because most of those high school kids that declared for the draft were big men. And that is what the NBA is missing. And the high school big men coming in never learned how to be power forwards or centers.

Why is it that people who adamantly are for no age limit bring up this as a part of their argument? Last time I checked, college teams always still get great talent.
