My issue is more so everything he does is a cheap shot and completely unnecessary. It’s not this singular instance, it’s a build up of everything compiled together. He just thinks he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants.

Smack 10 dudes in the nuts, sure it’s an accident. Poke 10 dudes in the eye, sure it’s an accident. Sucker punch a teammate, sure that’s fine. Scream in refs face all game long to the point that you don’t even get a quarter of the techs you deserve “just Draymond being Draymond”.. randomly run up behind some dude who’s not even fighting or trying to fight and throw him in a choke hold?

I’d have 10 times the respect if he’d just straight up square up to someone mid game.. I just don’t understand WTF is wrong with this dude [emoji23].

I think some younger Pistons fans are realizing that now. There was a big push for the better part of the past four years to just mail it in and super tank year after year, but that routine wears thin with everybody, particularly any players who happen to be the ones playing through an entire season with seemingly little purpose beyond getting that paycheck and waiting for the next draft lottery.

I do like the young pieces they have right now though.

      Cade, Thompson, Duren are nice.

That's s why having veteran mixed in with young inexperienced players is so important imo. Next season they can trade that pick for a couple solid veterans.

Clippers back to this small line up. Denver was having fun there. Until they started hitting 3 pointers [emoji23]

Clippers might get that first Harden win.. Denver clearly missing a piece when Murray is gone.

It’s still odd to say because they just won a ring but I’d still entertain the idea of trading MPJ for a player who does more as a two-way guy or is just more consistent in general. Even if his big games are going to be better because he can get hot in a hurry. The back history just adds to it. Who knows how long he’s healthy like he has been.

Dang that replay Jokic shoulda had the and-1 too.

Gordon just finding open space. He’s gotten so good at that.

Denver should have this, make it 0-6 for the Clowners with Harden.

Lmao. The Clippers need to blow it up. That's not a hot take. That's just straight facts. It's one of the most dumb and most talented teams Ive ever seen.

                            Such a waste.

That PG shot is the epitomy of the Clip's. Live and die with Kawhi and PG taking tough shots and live with the results. Take your pick. No movement. No plays called. Just rely on your stars. I hate watching this team lol

Yes, young, inexperienced teams are gonna go through stretches (sometimes long stretches) of poor play and losing. What you don't want to see is what we got glimpses of tonight in guys taking cheap shots, getting discouraged with one another, and just flat out not competing.

That can easily spiral into losing the locker room or the faith of your best players/fan base.

Also, you have to remember that the Spurs lack that veteran presence minus Cedi and Dougie McBuckets. The ship can easily go off course (think Vancouver Grizzlies) or head in the right direction.

Yeah, the Magic, Kings, and Pistons have had to go through a lot of talent and regime changes to get to even 'decent.' I'm not naive to the fact that the Spurs (and their fan base) have been lucky to not feel those years - sometimes decades - of pain and losing that being young & 'one piece away' leads to.

Again, I'm not complaining about losing but I'm concerned about the manner of how they are coming about. Gotta at least compete and build from the losses.
