So….Pacers vs. Thunder in the Finals? Might be the year I just focus solely on the Stanley Cup Finals. Edmonton vs. Florida run it back.

Have to give the Pacers their flowers. It's easy to discredit their run because of the injuries that Bucks and Cavs. But, you can't discredit how clutch they are in the 4th Quarters.

The Pacers are a great example of how to build as a small market/Non-FA destination team. Similar to OKC, where you either have a young star in place or trade for a young player with high upside, then making trades for other players and building an identity. They never tanked and worked from the middle to now being 2 wins away from the Finals.

Yeah, the blowouts are lame. Not entertaining to watch, and it's hard to get drawn in when the story of the series thus far is a complete lack of competitiveness. And NBA social media is nothing but "SGA WENT OFF OMG OMG 🤯" and then "ANT WENT OFF OMG OMG 🤯😤." Gonna need some competitive games at some point.

Pacers up big with a chance to go up 3-0. If so, best I could see this is going 5 games. Feels like they need a change in the starting lineup going forward in future. A lot of time it's Brunson playing hero ball

Yeah, gonna be hard to draw in casuals with blow out after blow out after blow out. I'm definitely hoping that game 4 is a closer game too.

I’m slowly starting to feel like Ant is not the player who I thought he would be. The last two conference finals appearances for him have not been exactly superb. Nickeil and Dante were great in that last game. Shame it had to be in a loss though.

Haliburton with the historic 32-15-12-4 and no turnover performance and 30 from Siakam on their way to 3-1. It's looking like a Thunder-Pacers finals. There's no "well player X was injured" excuse this round. Pacers were a blown 20 point lead of sweeping the Knicks.

Tomorrow could be the final inside the NBA if the Pacers win.

Also, Pacers vs Thunder would be the first time we've had a finals where we're guaranteed to see a fan base witness their first NBA title (obviously I'm not including the Sonics win as a Thunder one) since Heat vs Mavs in 06?

And even then, it really goes back to the 70s since we had another matchup like that (back when many franchises were still young/coming off of the 60s Celtics dynasty).

Reggie Miller has been more insufferable than usual throughout this series. Regardless of who wins this series, I'm just happy I don't have to hear his horrendous color commentary for a while.

Also, why can't he just go away and not get a job with NBC or Amazon this Fall. 😆

Pacers are extending this lead. Haliburton has his floater game on HOF in the 4th. Knicks can't contain Pacers fast break. Towns hasn't been good on either end.
