Golden State had 27 personal fouls and the Mavericks had 25. That does not back up a statement that the calls were one-sided.

The Warriors had 34 free throw attempts while the Mavs had 36. That hardly means that the calls were one sided.

Josh Howard fouled out and he didnt get himself ejected. Dunleavy was ejected after his 3rd foul. The bottom line is that Dunleavy hurt his team by being tossed. Golden State was 2-23 from three point distance and i would assume that they would have been a lot better from tre' land if Mike was not ejected.

Dirk doesnt get that many calls.

Ive certainly rarely seen him get as many calls as he did in the Warrior game, but Golden State was all over him. Teams try and rough up Dirk and its good to see the refs finally call some fouls in his favor. Maybe teams will stop mugging him so much.
All over him? So...you think that Dunleavy was ALL OVER him in his first 3 fouls? If you do, you're just seeing what you want to see and not what actually happened. You say that the refs gave "some calls in his favor", but every time he threw his arms up in the air (quite often, mind you), he got a foul called.

the refs didnt lose the game for Golden State. Dallas only had two more shooting fouls go their way than the Warriors. Golden State had 34 free throw attempts to Dallas's 36 free throw attempts. Also, in case you forgot -Josh Howard fouled out. The foul calls were not one sided.

The facts that Dallas outrebounded the Warriors and that the Warriors were 2-23 from 3 point land were the reasons that Golden State lost, not the officials.

and Quit complaining about the refs. The Mavericks do not feel sorry for you. They have been screwed by the refs plenty (as have most teams in the league not called the Spurs)
...if you are adressing this to me, then I completely agree with you. The Warriors didn't play to win and they wouldn't of won, either way, but the fact that Dirk gets incredible superstar treatments is frustrating and makes the game nearly unbearable to watch.

Quit complaining about the refs? Warriors fans have the right to complain about the refs as they are one of the most abused teams in the league. There have been maybe 5 games which were officiated correctly (equal on both sides) and apart from those 5, the opposing team has been given the advantage plenty.

...no. Dunleavy did the right thing and was praised by large amounts of Warriors fans. He finally stood up for his team and more importantly, for himself, by yelling at the ref and getting on his case. Dunleavy was having an average game, at best, so him doing that meritted the approval of fans.

I think what Dunleavy did was wrong, a player should never throw anything or go into the stands.

and the Warriors fans' whining about the officiating is pretty funny as well

Whilst I agree that Dunleavy's reaction was...surprising and great to see, how could you not expect this to lead to a discussion about the call?

Actually, the funniest thing about this thread is how you can't make any quality points and how you can back up your argument.

Thats not what I meant, what was the foul count on Nowitzki? How many fouls did he get called for. I was referring to the one on one matchup between Mike and Dirk.
