and I just bought 3 90 dollar playoff tickets. Yay.

Something big must be done in the offseason. Too much wasted talent. Trade Paul and let Big Al take the reigns.

The big problem with "tanking" goes both ways...

If VC had of played like this...Toronto could have got MUCH more for him in a trade. Instead, they got nothing.

But if he played like this...would they have traded him? Despite how unhappy he was?

Side note: imagine the Nets right now with a fit RJ...!

The Toronto fans should file a lawsuit against Vince for the **** he put them threw
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

hey, a couple of years before that, we had 47 wins, and unlimited potential. the next year wemake the playoffs without him, and then he doesnt give it his all the year after. trust me man, we had potential

Crazy game by VC. I really hope that the Nets do make it into the playoffs. And if they do, I hope RJ comes back and can help them. Those 3 guys together would make a nice force. They do need a big guy tho.

Image if KMart was still there. I think these guys would be contending against the Heat to get to the finals. Don't think they would be able to, but they could try to contend.

Oh, forgot to include, JKidds 17 assists is amazing. That guy is still a great baller!

If RJ was in the lineup, nets would be in the playoffs already.

I'm still a VC fan, and I recognize that he should've given it his all in toronto, but purposely played like crap to get out. I still believed in him though and his talents, and it's still alive and well.

I really do hope that NJ make the playoffs, it would be entertaining to see Wince Harder trying to avoid the paint at all costs with Shaq in there.

I agree. Swift and Martin are basically the same player.

I hope the Cavs continue falling, so we can atleast get a shot at either the pistons or heat in the playoffs. In the last 14 games we are like 11-3. Kidd RJ & VC are going to be very exciting to watch next year. Kristic has been huge for us this year, he's also a big part of the Nets late season run. We probably have a shot at Abdur-Rahim more than Swift. I really don't care for Swift, he wants too much money and he's not that type of player who deserves it. Abdur-Rahim on the otherhand wants to win and L.Frank and him are very close. Add Warrick and the Nets are contenders, that's if VC give it his all every night.

A career year in his rookie year?

Abdur-Rahim . . I didn't even think of him. I think that that is a very strong possibility, depending on how much he thinks he should make. The Nets are currently on the books for about $33 mil next year, so well under the salary cap. But they need to resign RJ. That's their main priority. The only players they have on contract for next season is JKidd, VC, Ron Mercer, Nenad Krstic, and Zoran Planinic. With the resigning of RJ, that should push them into the $40 mill range, so they won't have very many options after that.
