Hmm, I think it's safe to say the Cavs are playing pretty good tonight

:y4: INSANE DUNK, 3 PT by LBJ... and then a beautiful fastbreak pass by Varejao to Marshall...

Geez, David Wesley is a long lost Wayans brother. He looks and sounds like them

That was a horrible postgame interview, lol... but a great win for the cavaliers.

Cavs/Wiz is always chippy. I love it. Good game by Gilbert and the Wiz. Really took it to us.

Hopefully Shannon and Gibson can develop into the quick guard stoppers we desperately need.

:y4: LBJ just jacks up the 3 from 8' behind the line at the buzzer... so easy.

They are putting it to the Grizz. Good game so far... a LOT of excellent passing.

Yeah, that happens every time I say something about the Cavs... that's why I stopped posting in this thread last year... So once again, this is me, not posting in this thread

                    From AP:
Gooden went 9-of-12 from the field and added 15 rebounds in 30 minutes against the team that selected him with the No. 4 overall pick in 2002. If not for Gooden's intensity and rebounding, the Cavaliers, who have had a tendency to play up or down to their competition this season, would have been in trouble

Good... thus far, he deserves it... he's absolutely came alive this season. I wasn't too sure if I wanted him resigned earlier, with Andy playing so well, but I'm really glad he accepted our offer. He probably could have gotten more elsewhere, but he stayed with his team... I like it.

I'm sorry... but Mike Brown is a freaking bum...

The more I watch our Cavs play this year, the more I'm assured that we will not go anywhere with him heading this team. We aren't ready to play ANY game. Early in the year, we came out fairly pumped up... I mean... come on Cavs. It's like we don't even care about winning. It's driving me crazy. We should seriously be at least 13-4... we shouldn't have lost at least 3 of those games... probably more. VERY dissappointing.

Its not Brown...its our boy Bron Bron. This team recognizes him as the leader, and they follow his demeanor. Bron just doesn't get up for winnable games, and usually defers in those contests...and that attitude kinda trickles down. I hate that. It especially show with guys like Drew, who constantly need motivation. I think Bron has settled into the Phil Jax state of mind that all they need tyo do is make the playoffs with a decent seed, and sadly, Mike Brown doesn't have the leverage to go at Bron directly for it...much like Stan Van didn't have the leverage on Shaq to call him out on it either.

I'm hoping the team can get out of this funk when Larry gets back, but then again, his injury has given Gibson some good minutes, and he's looking like a keeper. E Snow is also looking really good on the offensive end lately.

I know what you mean, Will. its tough to watch them mop the better teams (4-1 against the West) , and struggle against the Raps, Bobcats, Knicks, and Hawks. That is what will forever separate MJ fron any other Superstar to come along. MJ wanted to crush every team...every time.

Oh yeah... LBJ should definately shoulder a lot of the same blame I'm putting on Brown as well... It's driving me crazy watching him be so freaking passive in easily winnable contests. But on the same token, I just don't like what I see from the sidelines... Brown, if he wants to coach this team, and have it go anywhere, is going to have to demand some respect and go after the players. He's just like Bron... too passive. Like he's afraid to say something to them. This is the freakin NBA... get the guys prepared for every game.

But LBJ is the leader and the floor general... so he should be the one getting the blame as well. I feel you on that. He should easily be averaging 30+ ppg...and when he decides he wants to play, he dominates with such ease. Otherwise, he's perfectly content w/ jacking up shots. Mike Brown shouldn't allow that nonsense. Bron's jumper has came a long way... but I want the LBJ that was posting up and taking it to the hole to come back.

Agree 100%. When LeBron decides to get to the bucket...he's unstoppable, AND strong enough to get contact and finish. Maybe thats why he's never had a major injury though...he picks his spots. If he drove hard everytime ala Wade he'd prolly have busted an ankle up by now.

I hate when Bron gets passive, but its all in the name of development...once he ices that 15 footer, he'll be un-freaking-real. Like Jim Brown unreal. No peers whatsoever.
