Nice! Coach isn't as dumb as he looks. Question is who's gonna start at the 2? I say give the start to Fields and bring in Shump off the bench. Eventually i think Shump should start at the 2 if Lin ends up working out.

You know, Lin is ballin' right now. The Garden wanted that 3 so badly.

No 'Melo. No Stat. Chandler in foul trouble.

And, playing our best ball. -_-

Lin has so much hustle and its contagious. You see how important a fundamentally sound pg is.

He is doing a good job as well as others feeding novak in spots thatre comfortable for him. No more players trying to create for themselves.

Outstanding win. Best in a long time.

The Garden breaking out the MVP chant for Lin and he deserves it. 28 and 8 and he played almost the whole game.

Novak and Jeffries deserve credit too. 19 pts in 18 minutes for Novak and Jeffries just played extremely hard every minute he was out there. Drawing 5 charges and amazingly getting to the line 10 times was huge.

Not to take attention away from Lin because this has been awesome to watch the last two games but this is exactly why I've been saying that people who laugh at our fanbase for thinking Baron Davis will have a huge impact on our team are clueless.

Look what a PG that's basically a D-Leaguer has done the last two games. Not having any type of PG and no pick and roll game devastates an NBA offense. Davis isn't a great individual player but once he's healthy our team will be much better, especially if we've found a solid backup in Lin.

My only wonder has been believing that Davis is that type of point guard. But yes, a distributor with some floor vision has turned this team around. If Baron Davis does this and more with his talent then things are on the way up.

To think the Knicks have won these past two without anything out of Melo.

Watching Baron Davis last year with the Clips, he was more than capable of effectively running the pick and roll. Lob City existed before CP3 got there.

Baron can take as long as he needs to get healthy, as far as I'm concerned. If Lin continues to drop 20+ and 8, he's should be our starting PG even if Davis returns.

No melo, no stat, no problem. Lin had the garden going insane last night.

                              Another setback for Baron...smh
Baron Davis picked up an infection in his right elbow that he said shut down his system and has delayed his Knicks debut even further.

Davis is rehabbing from a herniated disc, and about 10 days ago, the elbow situation arose. He said his arm and back are feeling better, but the Knicks are not planning to have Davis play before the All-Star break.
