Isn't it kind of obvious at this point that the coaches are getting their marching orders from Phil?

If Phil was upset with Grant's DNPs, he'd be livid about it.

Rambis has never been a good HC. So I'm not even sure why the word playoffs is still in the discussion.

Phil is doing to his staff exactly what Dolan had done to his GMs.

And that is why I know Thibs will never be hired. Phil has a know-it-all attitude about himself and it is too restrictive and stubborn.

People seriously believe we have a shot with big time FAs with Phil running the show?

Imagine Phil's pitch to someone like Russell Westbrook.
"Well, we want everyone to be involved on offense. You initiate the offense and the ball may get back to you at some point."

      Not happening.

I'm with everyone else. Give the young players who have multiyear contracts the bulk of minutes so they can develop.

Exactly. It's all about Phillip's puppets that he controls

The only difference i see is Calderon is actually playing more minutes, Galloways minutes are down, Grant might be getting a few more minutes and DWill is playing alittle more. Sad really unless they are trying to show that Calderon has some value before they trade him.
          One can hope.

Rambis might even be worse than Fisher.

Just gotta pray this wakes Phil up and gets him to target an established coach outside of his circle.

Calderon playing over 30 min. No KP in the 4th qtr, no Grant in the second half hardly. No O'Quinn. Awful coaching all year long. Phil needs to get with his gf in LA. There is no way he is going to give a real coach a chance.

We have to believe that Phil will eventually turn this roster around. What other choice do we have....Dolan's flunkies Allan Houston and Steve Mills making personnel decisions? That would be worse IMO.

For most of the past 15 years, this franchise just can't get it right.......un-friggin-believable...

I don't think Phil will even be here that much longer. He only has like two more years on the contract. Ultimately we need new ownership to really right the ship

And like I said before, Phil isn't gonna be able to sell any player worth mentioning in FA. So since we have no picks this year and player options on Afflalo and Williams, this is going to be the same exact team next year.

Melo needs to be traded. That's the only way to salvage Phil's tenure. Sell low, get a future 1st and build around KP.

Melo will be traded when he wants to be traded. He has the freedom in the contract. If he loves playing for us that much than he will stay.

Man, it got ugly at The Garden last night. Fans were not in a mood for more BS. Rambis is amost as bad as Fisher. This team is unwatchable at this point. Boring, ugly basketball.

....and yet Phil will stick to his guns and only bring in one of his lackeys to coach this pathetic excuse for a basketball team.
