Re: Why do they keep removing fighters in Fight Night?
I played it. Im really digging it. Just one thing though and I HOOOOOOOOOOPE its like this in the full game:
I dont wanna see the scorecards after every round. Thats not realistic. I want to fight my fight like a real boxer and try to guage at how Im doing. Imagine thinking you are ahead in the fight clearly when decision time comes you find out you got robbed. Also if it goes to a decisions I hope they do it like in real boxing and have the announcer announced the scores THEN say who the winnner is.
If I can see the score cards after every round, it will totally kill this game for me.__________________________________________________ ____

I definitely hope that decisions are either handled by the announcer or show each judge's scorecard, one at a time or something.... something suspenseful...Comment

The only thing that seems to get to me is that the haymakers are so much more powerful than the regular punches. Pump up those hooks for me!Originally Posted by Briman123

Im hoping they do this year RIGHT. I dont wanna see fight cards until after the fight is over (which is in the demo thank god.) I dont mind if the commentators say something like "that was a close round, I think Hopkins pulled it out" but then you find out at the end of the fight that because it was so close you ended up loosing that round on the scorecards.
I just want the "unknown" factor that we have in real live boxing. I want to fight the fight and if it goes to the cards and I feel its close I dont know if I won or not until the announcer reads the scoring of the bout"
But I get a feeling im not gonna get this. For some reason my frustrion for the past 6 years or so with EA has been their games are always missing something key that keeps it from being a really great game..and usually that one or two things they always miss end up being huge dealbreakers for true fans of the sport. Im convinced that EA just "doesnt get it". I will only find out when the game comes out. The Demo is phat though. I love beating down Roy Jones.__________________________________________________ ____

Originally posted by blackceasarNooooo what im saying is in the last Fight Night there were end of round scorecards which I thought was stoopid cuz in a real fight youre not really sure if youre winning or loosing the fight. My other dissaponitment in the previous installments of Fight Night which relates to what I just mentioned is that the commentators would tell you who won round. No matter how close it was the commentary was programmed to blurt out who won the round. Thats not realistic.
