    Hatton Tonight

Surprised nobody has mentioned this rare look at Ricky Hatton, as he fights upstart WBA Welterweight champ Luis Collazo. Hatton will vacate his junior welterweight titles. The replay of DeLohoya/Mayorga will also be shown. I think I heard Hatton is a 5-1 favorite.

Should be a good night for fights. Just found out that Hatton's fighting right in my back yard here in Boston which is a major surprise to me...if not for the torrential rains, I'd be inclined to go watch it.

Interested to see what the hype is about this kid plus I want to see De La Hoya get his vindication for all the trash talk.

Ive seen a couple of fights involving Hatton (Kostya and Maussa), both impressive wins.

Hatton is a workhorse old school type of boxer. Now I do guarantee that Hatton will bleed. he almost always gets cut and bleeds during fights, but it doesnt hurt his performance.

That is sad. I heard his big mouth during the "silence" for Floyd.

                  Round 1...

Hatton knocked down Collazo with the first left hook landed

Not hurt, just off balance, but still

Hatton on the attack to the body, moving around Collazo, throwing hooks, Collazo starting to defend and counter, phone booth fight, Hatton still banging away when in close...now they're holding.........Hatton comes in, dodges a punch, and then holds......Hatton applying pressure in the corner, lands a great left hook to the body, Collazo complaining about hatton holding and hitting

                        Hard not to like Hatton.
                        He is a fighter's fighter.
                        Straight up toe to toe.
I think he and PBF would be good match.
Too Bad Oscar will ruin it by beating Mayweather.
