On a side note, the CPU keeps getting back up like it was nothing. they can easily get back up after 4-5 KOs. Should we be able to do the same? Thanks in advance.

Getting back up after KO...any good tips???
Man, I am having big time problem getting back up after KOs (the aligning the arrow back on center part). On any given fighting, I get usually get it aligned the first time I am KOed, but I have problem aligning after my second KO (even if not in the same round, but 4 or 5 rounds later). Any one else having the same problem? Some good tip would be greatly aprreciated!

And yes, I have the same problem. I have yet to get up more than once in a fight. But the CPU has gotten up as many as 4 times.Recovering slider addict...Fight Night Round 4 caused me to relapse... -

Yes, my bad, I meant KD (Knocked Down).....
Any one else with some tips for getting back up on the 2nd or 3rd KD? Cause many time it could be the difference between winning and losing...esp. in tight late round matches. I feel if I can just get back up a second time. I can change the tides on many of my close fights.Comment

Re: Getting back up after KO...any good tips???
This is one of the issues I happen to have with in this game. I don't think getting up after a knock down should be tied to some sort of mini-game, which is what this system feels like. I guess most boxing games have dealt with this issue in this way though. It has almost always been mash the buttons as fast as you can to try and get up. This is just another variation I guess. I would rather just see it tied to stats..some sort of combination between remaining health and stamina plus your heart rating factored in with how bad of a wallop you took.Comment

The first knockdown I am able to rebound no problem. But I have NEVER been able to get up from the second one. Frustrating to say the least.Check out my Tampa Bay Buccaneers CFM Thread.

The kd minigame is one of my biggest problems with the game. What a dumb and poorly implemented idea...Comment

Re: Getting back up after KO...any good tips???
Looks like this is a common thing, cause I suffer from the exact same thing. I can get KD and piop up within 2 seconds, if I go down again,no matter when, its a wrap. I never get up. And ill be damn if it didn't happen to me in a very close fight, after I KD my opponent three times......Comment

Exactly. It should be tied to the factors you listed, not some dumb minigame. I can only get up from the second kd if it is a flash and I have a lot of health/stamina left.

I'm getting back up but yes it is harder the more you get knocked down. Its supposed to be that way.

Re: Getting back up after KO...any good tips???
I know that in Round 3, how difficult it was to get up was also tied into the "heart" rating of the boxer. The higher the #, the easier and more times you could get up.
I've gotten up more than twice in Round 4. Maybe you guys are using boxers with a low "heart" rating?Comment

I'm gonna take a look at the heart ratings and do some experimentation.
A guy like Chico Corrales should be able to get 3, maybe even 4 times.Recovering slider addict...Fight Night Round 4 caused me to relapse...Comment
