    Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

    I've created 3:

Heavyweight: Xavier "Iceman" Armstrong 0(0)-4-0 .

Light-heavy weight: Johnny "The Warrior" West 2(1)-3-0 .

Middleweight: Rashan "Bam Bam" Baker 0(0)-2-0 .

I need to get a lot better obviously. I'd go into detail about the AI, stances, and such for these three but seeing as how to of them are a collective 0-6 they'll probably not last long.

      Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

I'm 12-2-1 as a middle-weight, ranked around 24th in the division. Started in champion mode and was only 2-1-1 when I switched to Pro and have gone 10-1 since.

I have a question/concern about Legacy mode and imported fighters. I don't like seeing "Fighter of the Year Award" goes to John Doe, at the end of the year recap when I know I imported numerous all-time greats into the legacy. Or even worse, my first year of Legacy mode, the award of best fighter in the middle-weight division went to Emanuel Augustus, who I pre-ranked in the teens in his division and whose ratings are way below say, Hagler's. How random is the legacy mode AI for who remains as champ, and are ratings affected by where they are ranked, etc? From what I can tell, the Legacy mode has potential, but a bunch of bugs or things than need fixing...wonder if the first patch will address at least the obvious bugs, like the gameface of my created boxer changing to some other created boxer in the Legacy main screen every time...

I got Three Legacies going as well...All on GOAT difficulty

Heavyweight: Clifton "The Beast" Dunn 33(28)-9 Undisputed Champ
Welterweight: Cj "The Cannon" Nelson 0(0)-0
Lightweight: Juan "The Latin Snake" Alvarez 0(0)-0

As you can tell I been putting in a lot of Work with my Heavyweight. I'm nearing the end of his career, and I'm undefeated since becoming the undisputed champ. I was knocked out in the Semi Finals with my welterweight. Looking forward to starting that career.

My lightweight is Juan Ramon "Razor" Ramirez. I've created him but haven't fought any fights yet.

I scrapped all of these losers above.

Champion was just too hard. Liking my "Bam Bam" Baker character I started another Legacy, and went into "Create Boxer" at the main menu and deleted the other guys I created; I didn't even want to see their names at the import screen.

Having unlocked the achievement for winning the amateurs I just simmed through that portion. I've gotten better at the training mini-games, and I really don't want to play those amateur rounds just for the ratings increase. I'll sim those from here on out.

So I'm beginning my new "PRO" difficulty Legacy w/ my Middleweight:

Rashan "Bam Bam" Baker. He's currently a 62 overall 2(2)-2-0.

Will post his measureables/stats later on.

The gameface thing happened to me where I had just created a heavyweight (white) boxer, and his name was correct but had the face of my middleweight (black) boxer. If you kept that file and are playing on it I hope it doesn't crash on you because as soon as I saw that I just discarded of that legacy as it was likely glitched out.

The other things you mentioned are good questions/concerns that I'd like to know more on as well.

So what happens when your heavyweight's career is over? How old is he too?

Since you play on a much higher difficulty, any pointers on getting up after knockdowns? I'm lucky to get up after being knocked down twice.

              Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

I've a created boxer, a Lightweight named Mao 'The Assassin' Li. I was outted in the first round of the amatuer tournament.

But I got revenge on that opponent by destroying him in our first bout, with a 5th round knockout.

So early in, I am currently 1(1)-0-0. But playing on Champion (tweaked sliders) where easy flash KOs happen, so anything can happen.

                Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

I'm in utter disbelief at my progression. Last 3 fights, I have been 2 -1 with 2 knockouts. I was mauled in my lose for some reason.

But Mao 'The Assassin' Li is now ranked 35 in the lightweight division and climbing his way up. Hopefully he does not go on a horrible losing streak.

Had a Light Heavyweight on these tweaks, etc and could barely hold 3 consecutive wins without losing as many next. So I am keeping my hopes up.

                Keep you updated.

                  Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

can I actually fight other random matches in my own Career dynasty or can I only fight my OWN Fighters fights?

Sometimes in other sports games like Madden or NBA 2K, when I need a break in my franchise from playing with my own team, I like to jump in and play random games around the league

Is this possible in Fight Night Career mode or no?

Nope, you fight your own fighter's bouts.

I wish I could atleast spectate some of the other matches, interested in that kind of stuff.

Where can we view past awards we've won in Legacy?

I've gotten through my 1st yr (on a 4 fight win streak), and won an award but don't see where it is located.

Will need to bring up to date my boxers record/progress and his ratings/measurables in my next post.

Press the Start button to bring up the Legacy Menu, you can view awards from there.

My guy is 14-0-0 (middleweight) and ranked 19th. I've played on Champion throughout the whole legacy with offensive awareness put up two levels and cpu punch output put up 3 levels. I also put up ref damage awareness and physical damage up 3.
