He's made a habit of claiming he'll fight someone until the opportunity actually arises. He would have been fighting Mayweather in March instead of Clottey, but nope, he's afraid of needles. Or rather losing blood two weeks before a fight weakens him, or no it's actually OST's would be an advantage to Mayweather because he's bigger and losing blood wouldn't affect him as much, or one of the many other excuses given by Pacs camp as to why OST's are such a demanding task.

He's had an opportunity to fight both, and he chose to fight neither.

Hopefully he does fight one of them, or i might have to agree with you.

There is a very slim chance of either one of those fights happening...

The Mayweather showdown has zero chance of happening this year because neither side is backing down from there stance...

Whether Pacquiao fights Shane all depends on if Shane is shot or not...If Shane is at all competitive in the Mayweather fight Pacquiao will definitely duck him again...Roach is already on tape once saying to Shane you're too good at 147 and there is no money in fighting you thus there is zero reason to believe he will change his mind if Shane hasn't severely regressed to his liking...Roach will just claim there is more money in fighting Margarito and they'll take that fight instead...

The Pacquiao pattern is quite obvious at this point, the only way they'll ever fight an elite boxer is if he's on the decline or willing to drain himself...You also have to agree to every single one of Pacquaio's demands and make none of your own...So it's obvious his next opponent is very likely going to be Margarito...
