I think Povetkin will fight Klitschko as soon as he gets rid of Atlas. lol. And I like Teddy. I think I might look for a link for the Adamek-Maddalone fight. I'm going in the opposite direction with this fight. Adamek gets caught flush and gets stopped. Just a bad feeling.

      Adamek vs Maddalone

I scrounged up a few folks and bought the PPV (I know I'm addicted). I really didn't pay attention to the undercard, but a welter by the name of Sadam Ali looked decent. Adamek is looking better each time out I tell ya. He handled Maddalone very well and Ko'ed with some punishing blows. Adamek's balance and technique is really peaking at the right time.

I really hope to see Adamek vs Haye or Povetkin in 2011. Both will be great fights and I see them as 50/50, though many would favor Haye by more.

Ok.......I am an Adamek believer now. I always figured his next fight at HW would be his last. Well here we are 5 fights later and he's still here. Kinda makes you wonder where he would be had he made the jump up to HW awhile back. Adamek-Povetkin would be nice.

          Khan vs Maidana
Man this fight was nuts, Joe Cortez is a horrible referee and no longer fair or firm. Khan was definitely tough, but I don't know if I am totally sold (he looked good in the beginning). Man the way he ran for rounds 10-12 was smart, but doesn't help him gain fans. I need to rewatch the fight, but I thought Maidana pulled it off winning the championship rounds and a few close ones in between.

          Ortiz vs Peterson
Sad I missed it; will watch it ASAP.

          Mares vs Darchinyan
Good fight, nice back and forths. I could have seen either guy winning to be honest.

          Agkebo vs Perez
I will need to rewatch it, but I heard it was a good scrap. SHO knows how to match up fighters well.

Joe Cortez should have taken a point away from Khan for constantly holding the arm. He also shouldn't have broke the fighters up when Khan was holding the arm and Maidana was still punching. Poorly officiated fight. Fight could have gone either way but with the 1 pt deduction and knockdown, Maidana was in a hole. If he would have knocked Khan down in the 10th, he probably would have swept the last 3 rounds and got the decision IMO but he didn't finish the deal.

Khan-Maidana I think cortez may have saved Khan, but have to give him a ton of credit for taking such a dangerous fight. He is still very young and has time to improve. He was doing some odd things in there. Backing straight up is bad, but doing it with your hands down is worse. I hope he works on his defense a lot more. He's got pretty decent (not great) foot movement. Like to see him use it more, but whatever. Good win for Khan. Maidana is still in the mix.

Ortiz-Peterson Ortiz was doing some odd things defensively as well. Why he wasn't being the aggressor the entire fight is beyond me. This fight was way tougher for Ortiz than it needed to be. Either stay the aggressor or learn to fight going backwards I guess.

Mares vs Darchinyan I gave Vic the win, but I can see why it went the other way. Wish he would have stayed at flyweight, but you have to go where the action is.

Agbeko vs Perez I first seen Agbeko when he fought Darchinyan. I was impressed with his punch output and combos in that fight and against Perez it was no different. Definitely a fan of his. I love how he doesn't stand there and trade or throw any longer than he has to. Seems like he was getting out right when he needed to. I think they call that spider-sense. I think he takes a UD over Mares the same way.
