Why wouldn't he call out Floyd? He's 21 and could make a quick $20 Million. Floyd would outbox him but wouldn't hurt him. Ontop of that if they fought at 154, I guartantee he would come in at 170 and be the much bigger fighter in the ring.

Floyd wouldn't fight him anyhow, but thats what real champions do, they call out the best.

Alvarez should go and dismantle Chavez Jr. next. Alvarez has more experience under his belt than most 28+ year olds. He's basically about 5 to 7 years ahead of the game, so don't fall into the trap as looking at him as a 21 year old.

I'll be interested to see if he can keep his weight in line over the next 5 years as he matures, his build can support alot of weight.

Yup, he's one thick mofo. At 21 he's got a lot more years to pack weight on that frame.
I wonder if it's hard for him to even stay in the 154 range.
I'd love for him to fight the winner of Cotto-Margarito and then move up to 160 and destroy Chavez Jr.

Reminds me a little bit of the much troubled Tony Ayala.
