What the?..Man do you even know what you wrote and did you actually read the posts that led up to the one you quoted..In fact the poster who I quoted is trying to get across the fact that Pac does not use steroids and that people assume so because of this idea that he rapidly progresed through divisions. When in fact he and Floyd progressed at roughly the same rate yet Pac is accused of using roids but Floyd is not?.. .Did you even look at the chart? and the poster was responding to someone who said Pac used roids!!.. I never stated Pac used roids or Floyd used roids and I quoted the chart because it was something similiar to what I wrote months ago on this subject,,in wich again I was arguing that Pac didnt use roids..and frankly I could care less wheter you think the graph is stupid or not...but I do ask that you at least get the facts straight before you comment on a post..Oh when did I use a mayweather accusation in my posts bra!! and please direct me to the post that I said it was a fact that Pac or Floyd used roids..and I will use your words

I screwed up man!!! sorry about that - I looked at the graph and saw the blue line for Jones and though someone was on drugs creating it, I saw it again with Pac being the lighter blue at the bottom... added to that I confused you with another poster that was accusing him of roids, I'm not sure why.

anyway, that's a bit embarrassing lol, oops!!!

I think I was amped up because of the accusations PLUS still pissed at the decision. And as I said in my previous post before the stupid one, the worst part is it's just business as usual and nothing will be changed, nor looked into, and that's exactly what's happened.

What do people here think about the rematch? Does Bradley have a better chance having fought Pac, or will it be easier for Pac to finish? Bradley is very tough, and I think would be VERY hard to put away and eliminate any judging... but as someone else said, IF Arum did have his hands in this, he would want Pac to win so there is a trilogy...

Also, I'm not saying that I know for certain that Pacquaio isn't on steroids just that I don't believe he is and think it is wrong to throw insults like PacRoid about based purely on speculation.

That's cool. I took a bunch of physical anthropology classes at university and it's very interesting stuff. I want to go measure my wrists!! Although thinking about fighters past and present, I doubt there is a correlation to punching power, when he used the Tyson and Louis examples I thought that is assuming a bit much, but for weight gain and red blood cells, skeleton size and bone density does make a lot of sense. So too do the optimal weight calculations.

The measurements are kind of hit or miss though, the boxing events that I'm a part of many people don't know their reach, or a trainer will just tell me, but I wouldn't bet the house on those. wrist size I've actually never even seen - I'd like to ask the commissioner if it's part of their medicals they need to do.

Personally I don't think Manny does them, and I don't think in general it's prevalent in the sport. I could be wrong, but hanging around gym's and meeting loads of boxers I just don't think it's common.

Another thing is money - does anyone know how much roids cost? (this made me think about beginning of pro careers since that's where it would benefit the most imo) I have a friend I met 5 years ago, that did roids for a few cycles waaaay back in highschool and I remember he said it was expensive... but he's huge and strong as a ox and big still - so I feel like the benefit CAN be somewhat permanent...

Yeah that is definitely true, punching power comes from your legs. Just look at Mike Tyson as another example, of course he had a great physique all over but he had monstrous legs.

Watched this fight again tonight after discussing it with a co-worker and I still can't give Bradley any more than 3 rounds and that's being generous.

I could friggin' care less about "agression" as a scoring parameter...what good does aggression do if it leads to nothing?!?!? Even if a round is close, why should aggression be a determining factor? Should a counter punching fighter that likes to set traps be penalized because he simply just doesn't come forward all the time? NO.

It's comparable to how stupid the judging in the UFC has got with "octagon control" and scoring stupid takedowns that lead to no or little damage...it's RIDICULOUS.

Move over RJJ/Si-Hun, Sweet Pea/JCC, etc. as you now have company.

I've seen non aggressive fighters lose many fights despite actually winning..

Just watched the game. Terrible decision by the judges. Manny tottally won that fight.

I believe it was rigged. Either has something to do about Manny's "g-a-y" comments or the fact that if Manny won, Mayweather is in jail, meaning that Manny would be without a fight for a long time.

I'm not sure who wins that fight. I believe Pac really tried to K.O Bradley in that fight and couldn't get it done. I also think the fight was closer than most people think.

I will watch the rematch.

It would be one thing if the judges came out and said "hey its a tough job and it looked close at the time, Bradley was ultra aggressive, so on and so forth but after watching I can see where we were off. We made a bad call". But one of those judges has continued (adamantly) to justify his scoring of the match...and poorly I might add. That in of itself makes it a little fishy.
