The fight appears set. All parties are waiting on Floyd to announce.

        PBF has signed off.

        Predictions on the PPV price?

I can't see it listed for anything less than $79.99.

          That sounds about right.

Mayweather SD forcing a 2nd fight and possibly a third.
The two of them will then buy North America. I for one welcome our new pugilist overlords and would like to remind them that as a trusted message board member, I can help round up workers for their sugar mines.

I hope I'm not the only boxing fan who has no interest in ordering this fight. The entire sport is rigged and this fight will be no different. Mayweather wins in a close fight, setting up another mega-fight between the two. Mayweather wins the second fight as well and walks off into the sunset. Sorry Pacman fans, as bad as we all want to see Mayweather lose, he's not going to. He's too technical and smart for Pac.

That makes no sense. How can it be rigged if you say PBF wins because he's too technical and smart? Isn't the better fighter supposed to win?

Jim Lampley, Al Bernstein and Roy Jones will call the fight according to Chris Mannix. Max Kellerman and Jim Gray will serve as reporters.

I'll ordering no matter the price even though the fight is happened years later than any of us would have liked. Would order tomorrow if I could. Can't wait.

espn article said PPV cost will be 89.95, but probably 99.95 for HD. i got to be honest, i'm not paying that much to watch ANYBODY fight on television!

I'm hyped! I'll probably buy the ppv, only because i'll most likely be splitting the cost(i rarely pay for an entire ppv on my own). Can't wait. And no matter what happens, there should be NO EXCUSES. May the best man win. Now the question is, can they make a good undercard too. Considering a lot of the bigger name fighters are tied up(thurman, garcia, canelo, broner, GGG) i'm wondering who they could use. Rigondeaux vs santa cruz would definitely be nice.

HBO/Showtime have said they haven't set the price yet. I expect it to be at most $69.95.

I expect Mayweather to win handily. Around 10-2, 9-3.

One report stated that because it's such a big fight, none of the 1A fighters would want to get swallowed up by the hype, so there might not even be an undercard.
I find that hard to believe as I'm sure both promoters would love to get some of their lesser known boxers big exposure.

If this fight really is going to be $100 US (which is 5000 CDN), I'll definitely have to have a few buddies over to help with the cost.
