I don't think it's going to be a great fight and that's based on me being like most people that watch boxing. We simply only watch the main events on PPV.

And people like exciting fights that go back and forth.

This won't be the case. Mayweather doesn't put himself in those situations and Pacquiao won't risk going too hard and taking a surprise punch that changes the outcome.

Sorry guys. It's going to be the typical careful fight these big money ones have been the past years.

I agree 100%. They only way we get a great fight is if pacman gets caught coming in reckless. The sad thing that the mass media will blame it on boxing when the couple of months pbc fights on tv have been very exciting. Last weekends fights were great too. No mention of them by the mass media

Really? You don't see how Mayweather can win the fight?

Exactly. I have heard people say, Floyd waited until Pac wasn't in his prime anymore, like Mayweather isn't aging as well.

I haven't been able to listen to these 2 clowns for years now. Greenburg plays the role of a lady boy and Golic a dumb jock. They are typical ESPN cartoon characters. At least Golic played a sport so he has some knowledge but he always has to play the part of the idiot big oaf. Greenberg knows nothing about any sport really but he plays the part of the witty cross dressing hipster and acts like he has more knowledge than Golic. Its brutal.

This fight is turning out to be the must see event of the year though. Nobody is going to want to miss it in case something incredible happens. That's awesome for the sport of boxing. I want it to capture as much of the mainstream as possible. There have been a lot of good fights lately. Boxing really feels to be gaining momentum. Hopefully this fight delivers. I don't think it will, but I'll be real happy if it does.

With Pacquiao style of fighting, he relies on speed and power, as he gets older he will be slower and weaker, meanwhile Mayweather fight by being smart (Bernard Hopkins) and counter punching.

And Mayweather couldn't do that when Pacquiao was younger? I mean I get you're rooting for Pacquiao, but come on man.

Mayweather wins, everybody complains because it's not fight of the year material and its 100$ PPV.

This fight will probably go down as the biggest let down of the year. Floyd will win easily by decision.

Manny is nowhere near the boxer he was 5 years ago. Definitely lost speed and very few fighters recover from a heavy knockout such as the one he suffered.

I got it down to $33.33, so I'm OK with the gamble of it not being fight of the year. I'm hoping though.

Floyd's a supreme boxer, but aren't most of his fights boring? If you plop down $100 for this fight the ODDS are you're not getting Ali-Frazier.

I'm pulling for Pac but if I had to bet money I would put it all on Floyd by decision

Like another poster said had this fight happen a few years back it would be a better fight

The contract is FINALLY signed for this fight.

I was beginning to wonder if it was going to blow up in all of our faces.

Wow, they waited 9 days before the fight to get that straight?

I know you're betting money on this fight but I still think Pac should be higher than an 8-5 underdog. At least 5-2. I know you're probably not putting anything on Pac winning by KO (TKO or disqualification), but they're only giving 4-1 odds on him stopping Mayweather? I would have expected that to be 7-1 or 8-1. Sure, some of these numbers reflect fan based dollars, but there's a lot of investment bucks here too. Hmmmm...
