I truly hope, with everything, that the version they release is outstanding. I want a fantastic boxing game. I am as big of a boxing fan as I am football. I still play the old data boxing card and dice game that came out in the 70s.

When the game releases I want to be able to come on here and say how wrong I was and how awesome the game is. But until then....

Where did you preorder it from Armor? I get games from a Gamestop that's 2 minutes away from my house, and they refund preorder deposits if you change your mind.

You can call sony, and ask for a refund, as long as you have not downloaded or installed the game.

I wouldn't cancel though, I think the game will be good, like any other it will have some bumps in the road, but they'll be smooth paths to.

I'm not optimistic. Early access did not see the improvements you typically expect.

I have to be honest here and echo others. The gameplay is pretty boring. Punches are pathetic (the most important part of a boxing game....) and it is just overall clunky.

The price tag should be nowhere near $69.99 in this state.

I have tried and tried to enjoy the game and gave it plenty of my time, but from a fight night fan, if you are looking for that feeling again, you will never find it here. And this is based off the latest update. You are not going to see that much of a difference come console release in October, it has been this way since Day 1 sadly. (I bought it the second it was on steam)

Bro I am the last person who wants to down any new boxing game since I’m such a huge fan, but I definitely want to be honest with you guys on my experience so you can make informed decisions.

I definitely was surprised of the $70 price tag. I got it for $29.99 I think and disappointed.

your comments are getting out of hand. What is surprising about the price tag? It has over 200 boxers, online competitive and career, as well as 'challenges', create a boxer etc. I own FNC and UFC5 - those games don't offer anything more and they have a 'full' price tag. You bought Early Access which is cheaper obviously you know that, come on now. In addition to that I much prefer the gameplay of undisputed to both UFC5 and FNC. Once you play undisputed it's hard to go back to those games for real. Not to mention the graphics with all the scanning is better too! Is it perfect? no, but it's way ahead of what EA is putting out imo.
btw I don't care if no one on this forum buys it - but at least compare it to properly to its competition and what's out there.

I have read far too much constructive feedback that $70 is clearly not worth the price of admission for a solo offline gamer like myself.

You're not alone on this, I was hoping a new boxing game would finally allow me to retire the OG George Foreman grill PS3 but instead a PS3 emulator did it.

I play FNC on PC more than I do Undisputed. I'm still hopeful but its hard to be optimistic. A year and no substantial gameplay improvements is wild to me. We going to finally deliver those gameplay improvements at launch, believe me bro.

I'm also playing FNC via Game Pass at the moment.

This game will remain on my 2024 gaming radar and get weighed from trusted reviewers.

The thing I can't believe is how you guys are talking about the game in a negative light like the latest developer update doesn't exist. There is absolutely NO way to talk down on it after the fixes they showed in the update, which is going to be the final release version.

Everything that we pointed out as problems in the early access is clearly fixed at this point. The punch fluidity, the punch impact, presentation for belt representation in the ring, etc, every last bit of it has been fixed and I cant believe the disingenuous comments in here when yall know the version we have been playing is certainly NOT whats about to release.
