Totally agree. I think some of it also goes to the two year dev cycle. We probably have a few more months where they will focus on the first game before the start totally working on UFC 2.

Either that or maybe the ref giving his instructions and telling to touch gloves if they want. Could tie into the earlier spoiler of how the refs will feel the fight.

The only reason I dont think thats it is because that is already in the game if you do a 5 round or championship fight

Yep. Just played a 5 rounder and they touch gloves with the refs vocals.

I think it's the catch kick. That is the most significant thing in that video.

Yeah then it has to be the catch kick. That's a nice little addition. Like someone else said, it's nice to see that they really care about the community and are making significant changes to the game.

God what I would give for them to add an event mode!

The sprawl addition versus power takedowns was huge for me. Anything that they can do to continue to improve the game is fine by me. I still play this fairly regularly, even if it's only for 2 or 3 fights at a time.

Since they are on a two-year dev cycle (which I actually like), I hope that gives time for us to really get some good suggestions and wishlist stuff in for the next version. Honestly, EA UFC might be one of the best first time titles EA Sports has put out on a new gen console. What I mean is, I remember Madden 06 for 360 (only for reference, no one talk about Madden please).. It was really stripped down to bare bones.. EA UFC for Next gen actually is a full on complete game feature wise. Sure there needs to be tweaks and refinements (and I would have loved to watched the other fights on my fight card) but when you really think about it, the launch of this title was pretty f'in impressive.
