It's because they start you so far ahead that it's impossible to get relegated unless you throw like 20 straight fights. Dude is probably going 4-16 or 5-15 out of every 20 fights and he's staying in division 5. I don't understand how that benefits anyone. I mean ..700 fights under 500 and he's in basically one of the top three divisions? Totally dumb.

As with all leaderboards time played is one of the biggest factors in determining a player's rank. There's a few fighters in the top 100 with losing records.

I realize that. But if you're 300-1000 and in one of the top divisions in the game, your matchmaking is broken.

With all this I hope you my friend are in the top 100 if it bugs you that much, and if you are GET OVER IT!

Just my thoughts... Let ppl play in peace and stop trying to publicly shame them, it gets so old.

Publically shame? Cause I gave out his gamer tag. lol. I was just pointing out how stupid it looks. That's all. Why do I have to be top 100 to point out a guy being 700 fights under .500 and being in one of the top divisions as stupid?

I guess I don't understand how the division system works either.

My lightweight (72 OVR, 33-20 W/L and about 2-3 fights from going up to Div 3) was in a Div 2 championship fight.

My opponent was also a champion and his record was 82-20 (87 OVR).

How in the heck is a guy with the same amount of losses, but 50 more wins still in Div 2, when I'm about to go up in another 2-3 wins?

I understand that sometimes you'll go up (or down) a division or two for UT fights along the way, but that isn't true for championship fights.......is it?

In championship fights, the game just matches you up with the first champion or number one contender it finds. There's been plenty of times I've had a fight for a belt and gone up against someone two divisions higher or lower than me. Happened last night actually. I'm in division 6 and had a title match against someone in division four.

Jumped back into ranked today and played a McGregor who backpedaled the whole fight and threw a bunch of keep away kicks and spinning ****. I would've killed for a sprint button to chase this dude down or something. He wouldn't stay in the pocket for ****. Trash.

I made it to division 4. I have lost every fight. I can get a guy to lose his stamina but how on earth do you let him still throw special spinning strikes with such low stamina?

It kills this game for me. It goes back to Fight Night. The very same thing. They refuse to reward the more disciplined player.

Beating the brakes off a Jon Jones. Hit him with an uppercut that sends him flying to the mat. He recovers and gets back up.

He clinches me. One elbow to the head and I'm down. Two more baby shots and the fight is over.

Yeah. I can live with clinch knees staying how they are, but the elbow shots drop people too much.

I also think there needs to be a lot more one shot KO's in this game. Guys recover from some crazy ****. I just assume that when I drop a guy he's gonna get up.
