Re: Must haves for the third installment?
An actual ladder system instead of divisions, or at least the ability for group/user created ladders.
Better career mode...the original UFC games from THQ had better career modes than the garbage EA has thrown into the game.
Caps on Ultimate Team CAF's based upon style chosen. No one should be able to be 100 overall IMO. Need to have some weaknesses, like a Boxer should have caps on ground defenses. Want an all around fighter? Use the MMA template which is "good" at everything, but doesn't cap out on anything either, etc.Comment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
Dave "Kitty Face" Sandine as one of the random fake fighters in career mode.
I'm sure this has been said, but it deserves to be said again. Swap invite to session and search for session in quick match.
Save your last offline fights settings. if your last fight now was LHW Gus vs Jones have it go back to that if you exit out of fight or mode.Comment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
MUST HAVE: Realistic counters. There is very little point in using the sways as a form of countering. Over half the time, they can still strike you before your counter can even get off. This completely ruins the sways for a counter option. Even parries will do this. There needs to be some kind of a delay after a successful evasion so we can counter. Even if it is just a power delay. The jab/hook override comes to mind. My counters should land, and do more damage.@bikingforjesus on InstagramComment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
That is what I am talking about with the jab/hook method. The hook overrides a jab if thrown on the same side. We need that to come into play here. Let their strike go, but give preference to the counter. Don't stop it. Slow things down a tad here, or speed up. Something, because not being able to counter right ruins this.@bikingforjesus on InstagramComment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
This actually made me think of something. String combos. Moves that can only be done in a sequence. That jab, then hook for instance. He jabs and moves forward in a way he normally wouldn't have. That was a ducking hook just for the jab lead off. Why can't they add moves like that? At least to add variety. Make the hook different than the default hook.Last edited by fishingtime; 03-11-2017, 10:32 PM.@bikingforjesus on InstagramComment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
Just had an idea for the next game regarding UT. Why not bring back fight cards like EA MMA and have UT fight cards and at the end of the event everyone in the lobby can vote on who got ko, sub, or fight of the night and the winners of those should get bonus rewards weather it be coins, packs or something.Comment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
To whom it may concern,
I am an avid gamer of the sports franchises. I love the depth of games like Madden, NHL, NBA, and FIFA. My passion though is MMA. I like the UFC games that you have put out and I've had fun playing them but in my humble opinion they are geared towards online gamers.
I am the type of gamer who plays off line franchise modes in all of my sports games. In UFC I enjoy career mode. I have a few suggestions to make regarding the next UFC title.
-Make the roster larger. You have made an enormous leap in roster size from UFC 1 to UFC 2. I'd love to see every current UFC fighter on the roster in the newest installment. If you can do it with other sports games you should be able to do it in UFC.
-Unlimited create a fighter spots. There are far too many fighters outside of the UFC that everyone would like to create and make dream fights with current UFC fighters.
-The freedom to edit fighters whether it's attributes, record, age, and even weight class.
-Create a title belt. It'd be awesome if you were able to create a new weight class with a title belt and edit fighters to put them in the new weight class.
-The ability to upload/download content in a community forum. Sharing created fighters, fight cards, ect.
-The ability to upload music for fighter intros.
-Most importantly to me; A "Dana White" mode. Better than career mode. A gaming experience that lets you become Dana White and build your own UFC schedule, book fights, sell tickets & PPVs. In this mode you can use created fighters. If you modeled the mode after the WWE2k series and put your EA gameplay on it, it'd be the greatest game ever.
I am going to buy the next installment regardless, but I'd pay around $500 for a UFC game that had this much detail. I hope this helps you in any way possible and I'm looking forward to the new game!

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
revamp the TKO scenario. Recover system was really bad in EA UFC2. Please add sway on the ground.Last edited by tissues250; 03-13-2017, 01:57 AM.Comment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
Yeah, this!!!
- feint or striking cancel and hooks.
- sprint button for finish the fight.
- natural and realistic knockdown animation.
- distinguish knock-out and knock-down.
- tko scenario (block or sway)
- the refs stoppage animation
- the camera angle is great for finish the fight.Comment

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
add the 'strength' stat when the middle octagon in the clinch. revamp the push mechanic and push animation. Undisputed 3 was really good on that part.Comment
