Not sure if this was in ea ufc 2 but add in strike catch to submissions in the 3rd game.

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
Big Nog was my dude in UD3. I loved in that game the strike catch submissions. The first time I won a fight with a strike catch triangle off my back, while the opponent tried to drive in with a punch from standing was one of the most satisfying wins in any MMA game ive ever played. I literally stood out of my seat and yelled "**** Yeah!"PSN: Lord__Hazanko

Re: Must haves for the third installment?
Balance out the (MT) clinch!!! Make it no different than regular stand up. If a fighter has superior clinch striking like Overeem, fine, but balance it out so you can actually put someone who applies the MT clinch on you just as vulnerable. Unless you are already hurt, it shouldn't result into so many health events. It not supposed to be a desperation or goto way to end a fight when all else fails and you're on the losing end of a fight. Far too many hailmary MT clinch players b/c it's so OP.
No more 2-3 punch (T)KOs from certain positions in GnP, esp (once again) if you are not already hurt (in a health event).
Go back to EA MMA's sub mini-game. Or at least just lose the gates. I want to feel a REAL struggle and fight to perform a sub and get out of one and it should last anywhere from 5 second to about a full minute like it could do back in EA MMA too.
Then of course better striking along with striking defense.Last edited by TheGentlemanGhost; 03-15-2017, 12:00 AM.Comment
