I am not sure that EA UFC 3 is only going to have fixxed animations, i believe it'll allow a mix of ragdols & fixxed, at least that's the route i'd try to go for.
But this time around they "fixxed" the ground and pound after knocking someone down and in most footage i've seen, you can instantly drop on the opponent and start hitting them. ( Unfortunately, this was barely altered, still looks & feels like crap, only this time it goes by faster, because the devs know how bad these specific animations looked in EA UFC 2 and since they didn't get around to changing them for EA UFC 3, they at least toned them down, to make it a part that no longer slows down the fight, but instead goes by rather quickly, because of how shameful it still looks)Comment

if they are going to keep these animations they should have added much more variety so the different type of knockouts you get, there will be a animation for it.Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/im2good4u1

I know your guys criticism is overall good for the game and I️ agree to an extent with It but let’s be mindful It is a beta and a old build and I’m sure not everything is finalized with the animations and hopefully that ko zoom goes away.Comment

Ragdoll just needed more weight added to the feet and if they have a way to recognize the wonky ragdoll physics to actually register as 'stiffed' KOs, that would be all I'd need. The issues with ragdoll were far and few.
But a mix is what we should see once we get our hands on it.
