I unlocked him last night and have no idea how. Was playing ranked when it happened. His stats are really good

Did you get a popup to let you know he was unlocked? If so, was it after a ranked fight? What happened in said fight?

No pop up. Just saw he was available when I went to practice mode after about an hour of ranked. Didn't do a konami code or anything that stands out. I do a lot of TKD **** with Rose not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I sure hope it is not tied to doing ranked online matches a lot of us only play the offline modes it would be unfair to them to being forced to play ranked online just to unlock a character. But again we dont know how to unlock him again.

GPD already said it's gameplay related. It's probably something related to spinning ****, yeah. Did you throw a spinning back kick with Rose? Cause it being tied to that somehow would make sense as it's what Rogan is known for.

So,has anyone unlocked him without fighting ranked online? Cant help but wonder if it's tied to that. I've only been doing offline for now til I beat career mode,about 15 hours in so far,no Rogan

Exactly what i was wondering, sure hope its not tied to online fights. A lot only do offline modes.

I'll definitely be getting around to online matches as soon as I wrap up my career,although I'm not a huge fan of ranked matches. I seem to have a lot more fun doing player matches,when I'm fighting someone who isn't worried about their rank and record and just likes to have a good match.

Just spent the last hour or so trying to unlock Joe. Playing online ranked I have used several TKD specialists and thrown a variety of spinning attacks, mainly spinning side kicks as that is what Joe is known for.

So far no luck.

Im thinking maybe finish the fight with the turning side kick? As I've finished fights with heel kicks and other head attacks, but never a turning side kick to the body.

So we now know it's not the konami code, it's tied to playing the game but we don't know what exactly, it looks like it's also not tied to TKD Kicks and such or I would have unlocked him by now. It looks like it's also not tied to online ranked matches and not online quick matches either so what could it be ???

A little help from the devs as to what area we need to look for would be nice.
