Re: Maintining Mount = Doing Nothing.....
The problem here is more so how easy it is to sit in full mount and spam elbows. So in game it shouldn't count for as much as it would irl. However, irl that round is given to OP every time. There's no controversy there.Comment

Re: Maintining Mount = Doing Nothing.....
I disagree that this specific example would cause any controversy whatsoever. If we're taking him by his word... his opponent landed a small amount of strikes more on the feet. 5-10. None of which stunned him. OP sat in full mount for 4 minutes (80% of the scoring window) and repeatedly landed elbows. That round goes to him every time irl.

Have you noticed judging issues outside of this edge case though?Teams: Minnesota Vikings, Cincinnati Reds, Marshall Thundering Herd, Virginia Tech Hokies (2010 alum)Comment

You know whats funny. I was just watching a clip of someone who claimed that there were judging issues and he was right. The video showed that his issue should be addressed by tweaking the criteria some. The devs are aware of that.
He had video though and we werent just relying on his word. He also was nice. LOL.Comment

Also to add, it just seems like you both have different interpretations of the unified rules, like judges do in real life. So would it be fair to say that the judges, in real life, think that way? Probably not, but it's certainly possible.
In my opinion, you (OP) probably should have won that round realistically. But am I glad you didn't? Yeah. Because honestly I don't think the game should reward hold dudes in mount if you didn't even try to do anything with it, due to how easy it can be if you memorize animations. If you even attempted to put up offense you should win by the game logic, but from what was read you didn't, so why should the game reward you?
It may not be exactly how it is in real life, but it isn't this game breaking thing, in my opinion. I don't mean to be rude, but I think it would be better served to move on and just have some offense on the ground, unless you're ready to have video evidence and be able to provide an actual case to GPD if you really want change.Comment

Re: Maintining Mount = Doing Nothing.....
Damn. I'm honestly shocked so many people don't realize maintaining a position as dominant as mount with peppering strikes for 4 mins is going to win you a round over barely being outstruck for a min. I will concede if everyone continues this line of thinking, but just damn......UH VAI MORRER!!!!!Comment
