With all the negativity, is there anyone who likes the new patch?

I'm ranked at 1,067. No where near the level of you guys. I've got a record of 170-156. And I for one enjoy the new update, it's made every fight worth taking my time into and figuring out my opponent. I've had both take down victories and knockout victories and losses on each end.

I enjoy the new patch, and with all the negative feed back, there has to be more of you guys, right?

I love this patch, in the beginning it got me pissed but when u realize that u just have to fight smart it’s awesome... of course sometimes u will fall against a mindless spammer ... but s#* happens

I went from rank thousand something to 159 in a day. I seem to be doing alright now that those duck spammers are gone.

Great patch,i only play offline on normal difficulty mostly but i thought i would give hard a go with me as Whittaker against Weidman and my god Weidman's wrestling was incredible,i have never seen some of the submissions he was putting on me before and he just sapped my stamina and i had no answer most of the time.
Does anyone think the AI is too strong on the ground now more so the top wrestlers who are just so damn good with their takedowns which i do stop but once they get you down and they are on top they seem a too strong on hard,god knows how good the AI is on pro and legendary now which i could not even think about trying yet.

I honestly haven't tried it out. Figured I'd wait for the dust to settle. tuner. maybe the next patch.

I have been customising and trying to figure out the best sliders, and newbie experience though. I'll probably post a long post within 6 months about the entry-level-couch-multiplayer-caf-realistic-settings-league. it might need a better name though.

Step in the right direction sounds about right. It was no ground breaking patch but a helpful one. I like the changes but the state of game is still not where it should be.

Not at all ha. Ranked is full of combo spam, your block vanishes from jabs, and fights don't even make it out of the 2nd round.

They fixed the bobblehead head movement spam (which I and a lot of people were actually finally learning how to counter so I was fine with it because I knew how to punish those guys) only to bring a whole new stype of spam into the game. People are throwing 1 2's over and over, combo spamming, breaking your block which literally is like a piece of paper now it can be broken to nothing by 3 jabs, and rocking you, rinse and repeat till the fights over.

People are getting KO'd by jabs now... ranked is an absolute mess. Hope they tune this and fix it because as of right now the skill gap has shrunken to almost nothing. Now anybody can just spam combos break your block and KO you with a jab...

Pretty much this. I'm playing offline with my friends for the most part and we are enjoying the hell outta the game right now. I love the changes included.

Use head movement, it literally is the only thing to do.

Even then you can still get koed pretty easily by a jab straight spammer.

I mention my ranking because even as low skilled as I am I'm still having great fights. What are you ranked at?

I've been having an absolute blast with the hard AI and a few sliders, feels better than it did before the patch for sure.

It's fun to see my opponents deplete their stamina due to my head movement. Learning curve is high. Combos escpecially hook spam still op. Stamina has to be adjusted here. Grappling is still very basic. Game is better than launch but still many things to work imho.

I just threw 1-2 6x in a row and KO'd 4* Dillashaw and probably made the guy break his controller... THIS PATCH IS AWESOME!!!

Not serious about the awesome part, I hate this patch.

I was just about to slap you then I’ve read the rest of your post haha

You shouldn’t abuse this technique tho it’s unrealistic I mean you’ll kill your stamina if your oppnent uses headmovement but I hate abuser.
