Nah man. That was just a guy that doesn't have the best chin taking a clean hard shot. But so basically, what you're saying is you think Zabit is weak and doesn't have a chin cuz he's skinny?

Idk about his chin but yeah he’s weak coz he’s skinny and has no base and from watching his fights.. there’s no way anyone would rather fight Stephens or emmett than zabit.. they wouldn’t even fight Bektic or volkanovski before zabit..as for the chin thing Zabit will be fighting guys way more powerful than him just like Vick did so yeah that leads to knockouts...maybe zabits chin will stand with guys of his power level.. but once he moves up against stronger top 15 competition it’s gonna be rough for him..no way zabits chin is stronger than Myles jurys and he got sparked by mendes

I feel you couldn't be more wrong about the him being weak thing. From his fights i've seen, he doesn't look weak imo. I've trained with lots of different types of ppl and I can say for sure I know some strong skinny guys. They have skinny frames and are light in weight, but they were still physically strong. As far as Zabit's chin goes, we don't know what kind of chin he has yet. But if he keeps winning, we will see it tested for sure.

You def need both but zabit lacks strength and u can tell this from his body shape..he’s a twig he has no base ..a good example of this is what happened last night with Vick and gaethje

Being shaped like a twig doesnt mean lack of strength. That means lack of strength relative to someone your height. NOT your weight class.

Jon Jones is the most obvious example of this. His height and length equates to strenght. Zabit probably has similar muscles mass at 6 feet than Mendes at 5'6".

Last night is a horrible example. That is an example of a guy who holds his chin up and does not have proper footwork getting trapped against a cage where his size advantage is nullified.

Prior to that Vick was lighting him up and clearly hurting Gaethje. His loss had nothing to do with power differential. That was far more technical.

Before we go too far down the “he hasn’t fought anyone” path. Keep in mind he was the ACB FW champ. Yes, ACB isn’t the top league but there have been some decent fighters who have fought there that haven’t been champs. So although he hasn’t been tested at the highest level. He also isn’t some guy who has only been hitting mits

Now we won’t know who he can beat until he fights them so it’s all speculative. However, you can watch fights and get a sense of skill set and fight IQ. That being said the one guy I am 100% certain he can beat is Yair Rodriguez. He looks like a smarter striker who also has the flash. The difference is when Yair does his stuff he is reckless and almost always leaves himself in a bad position. Zabit can be reckless but is less likely to leave himself open. Secondly, grappling. Zabit is a good grappler it’s obvious when you watch him. If by some chance Yair gets a striking advantage Zabit will Edgar Yair’s Brain in.

Regarding Becktic....do u mean the guy who got beat by Elkins....really?

The rest will make for fun fights. Reach and length are a real advantage(see jones). It will be interesting how emmet or Lamas or a guy like that deals with him. In terms of the top tier (also, Holloway, edgar, Ortega, Mendes) if he gets the chance to fight one of them...well then he will have really proven himself legit at that point. But my eyes don’t lie....that guy is a bad mother

Would you say Stephen Thompson or Holloway are weak or lack power. He was pushed around when he was trying to kick. Once he switched off of that he wasn’t. Guy was a bull moving fwd and he adjusted correctly and put it n a showcase.

Lol. Great image. In all fairness this was not a function of strength put skill. Look how he skits his foot forcing him to shift his weight which led to the throw using his hip as a lever . That is the type of thing that makes me say that he is going to starch a lot of guys on the ground.

Yh I know it's mostly technique, but according to his skinny means weak theory, Zabit shouldn't even be able to pull that off as it requires a little bit of elbow grease too.

Stephen Thompson is 6 feet tall 190 pounds he’s not exactly a twig looool..and Holloway is noticeably bigger than zabit as well..zabit is very very skinny

One question who in top 15 do u think zabit beats.. to put things in perspective as it stands the odds r -600 yair(heavy favorite) ..+450 zabit (heavy underdog)... loool and that’s just yair... imagine the odds against bektic..
