I think Smith would just be another bland, forgotten fighter on the roster within a few days.

I feel like the fighters we need more of on the roster are the promising prospects; up and comers with lots of potential and some hype. I’m thinking fighters like Gregor Gillespie at 155, or Dominick Reyes at 205. Johnny Walker would be awesome too.

We need as much fighters as we can get. It's ridiculous how some Division TOP 15 fighters are not in the game. They give us Wanderlei and Tito etc. and while I appreciate that I think their focus should be on current TOP 15 fighters first.

No.

At this point in the game there is no point in adding anything less than A rated fighters.

Prime fighters only should be added that is the only way to add variety on ranked matches.

But, I’m not sure what the point of this post is..

Is it saying should Anthony Smith be added in the game instead of .. insert name here . If it’s this proposition, then it’s a bit more interesting... but who are the other choices ?

Or is it saying should we add Anthony Smith and it won’t impact anyone else’s potential of being added ?

If it’s the latter , is a poll needed ? What sane person would say no please don’t add anymore fighters? There would be zero reason not to add additional fighters , if it had zero impact on the ability to add others.

The mans fighting for a belt been asked for close to 6 months and now we have ben askren too. I got 20 $ for some character packs. Adds life to the game and makes it more fun.

Askren won’t be in. We should have been had Smith, Suarez, and Santos. Like how the hell is Dern in before Suarez or Ansaroff?

IIRC TJ Dillashaw was NOT in UFC 1(correction from Aholbert) when he was scheduled to fight for the title against Barao, the thought of having a potential current UFC Champion NOT in a UFC Game would be laughable against EA, and so they rushed to add in TJ a day or two before their fight, lo and behold, TJ won, so they avoided that disaster.

MMA is unpredictable, yes Jon Jones is arguably one of the GOATs, Picograms excluded, but if Smith catches him, knocks him out, and he's NOT in UFC 3, that would be shameful.

Plus, he subbed Oezdemir, who fought for the title against Cormier, that alone should warrant being added to the game, he's a seasoned vet who deserves his respect.

LHW Anthony Smith should have 90's across the board in health, with 93 in heart(if it was MW I would have said an 88 chin):

Stamina

90 Striking Stam
88 Grapple Stam
89 Endurance

Grappling:
88 Clinch Throws
89 Clinch Grapple
87 Takedown
89 TD Defense
Top Game 90
Bottom Game 90
89 Sub Defense and 94 Sub Offense.

Reason for 94 Sub Offense is because he's pulled off multiple submissions throughout his career (11 subs total), along the lines of:
Arm Triangles (should be Lvl 2)
Triangle Chokes + Inverted Triangle Choke(should be Lvl 3 because of the Inverted Triangle, and he has 3 wins by Triangle)
Armbar at Lvl 2(has two wins via Armbar)
RNC at Lvl 3 (4 RNC wins, including one over former title contender Volkan Oezdemir)


He has 17 wins by KO, overall, it's 17 KO wins, 11 sub wins, and only two decisions wins, so it's quite evident the man is a finisher:

89 Block

It was UFC 1 not 2. UFC 1 didnt come out until after Dillashaw won the belt. He beat Barao in May 2014. UFC 1 came out in June 2014. Dillashaw wasnt added until late June. Dillashaw was always going to be a part of the first content update with Woodley and Mizugaki.

Of course I want Anthony Smith and many others, but they've gotta give me prime Rashad in the next game. I understand that his ratings reflect the way that his career ended, but the man was still fast! It feels like I'm throwing punches underwater when I use him. The delay is crazy. I'll pay $20 for prime Rashad, no BS. [emoji23]

The poll didn’t make sense, with your logic it should be an automatic yes. Which is proven , when you call people dumb for voting no.

Again, why would someone say no to adding a free additional fighter ? If it has no barring on others being added?

Hell I could make a poll and say should Herb Dean be added ? If it has zero impact on other fighters being added , what would the consequence be in putting him in?

The poll should’ve said should either Herb dean be added or Anthony Smith ? At that’s point its a choice , with it being implied its one or the other.

“Should more ground transitions be added to the game , don’t worry your vote will have no ramifications on other future planned dlc” —- why would anyone vote no?
