LOL. You know what? They actually didnt.

I was upset a few months ago when I heard about the direction of the game but its their game. They have reasons for targeting that group and hardcore fans dont do a lot to force them to focus on us (we still buy the game).

It is what it is at this point.

So 58 removed and 22 added.

Thats the little garnish on top of the cake icing that galvanized my decision to cancel my pre-order (which officially went through a couple hours ago after having to call and personally talk to xbox customer service because they denied my request to cancel/refund thru the computer for some reason)

But when I can’t even replicate 20% of a real life UFC card that’s a problem
Exactly, I would have been all in on day one if we had a comparable roster to 3(with Cro Cop, please), had at least one aspect of the gameplay notably improved, TKOs finally implemented and had had some upgrades in the roster individuality. Pride Mode or a Promoter/Universe Mode would have been amazing on top of that.

Instead, we get a downgrade in authenticity, with removed positions and moves, simplified gameplay in some areas, while it strangely became needlessly tougher to figure out in others(punch button inputs for kick moves, switch kicks on the other input), and presentation changes that were directly aimed at Generation Fortnite. Then you take out large chunks of the roster without replacing them with new people and it's just an overall intentional slap in the face to actual MMA fans.
