Al was body triangled for a good while and he got up and he's still looking fresh in the 3rd

Yh and he has great choke defense. Lee needs to focus more on GnP instead cuz of that fact. Al looking really great on the feet too.

Al did good in that 5th round he probably won R1 & 4 too.

Lee had his chance with the body triangle and rnc attempt but as soon as Al got out it didn't look good from there on for Lee.
