I read Floyd stopped the kid in the first round, I didn't know they go that hard in exhibition fights.



Horiguchi is a freaking stud. (I haven't seen his recent fight)

Everyone knew Floyd was gonna make that kid box and school his ***. He made Floyd look like prime Mike Tyson in there. Horiguchi is a beast though.

Yh I saw other ppl saying that too about the Mayweather fight. Doesn't look fixed imo though. I mean the kid got hit right behind the ear with one of Floyds best punches (check hook) and got is equalibrium rattled. And he still got back up...his corner stopped it. I dnt blame them cuz why would you let your fighter take lots of damage in a little exhibition match. Floyd would have more than likely starched him if they kept letting it go on.

Idk man...like I said, some others are saying the same. That's not what I got from it though. With kd's you can't really control how the body reacts...especially when your equalibrium is off. Looks like he was just trying to catch himself, but fell again. The bottom gif looks like he just responded that way cuz he was being smothered...notice he goes for a push off right after. The kid wasn't pulling punches to me. He cracked Floyd a couple times. Even on the final knockdown he hit him with a nice straight. But hey if it was fixed, its not like the japs aren't known for these things. I've seen other "fixed" fights, but this one didn't really look that way imo. Check left hook right behind the ear from Floyd even at 41, would rattle lots of guys. Thats one of Floyd's best punches...

I'm not saying Floyd can't KO him, or like Arial was asking "what would Rizin benifit from this?". I'm just saying I've watched plenty of real KO's with chicken dancing, weird collapses, and **** I've even seen a guy get an erection from being knocked the **** out. It's real easy to tell when it's real. And I'm saying this fight looked staged AF. You know that feeling you get when you watch a prank video on youtube, and you just know they're just acting it out? Yeah. this fight gave me that feeling.

I'm just saying I've watched plenty of real KO's with chicken dancing, weird collapses, and **** I've even seen a guy get an erection from being knocked the **** out. It's real easy to tell when it's real. And I'm saying this fight looked staged AF. You know that feeling you get when you watch a prank video on youtube, and you just know they're just acting it out? Yeah. this fight gave me that feeling.

If you look at the replay, it was actually a counter left hook (cuz tenshins jab missed) landing right behind the ear, which is a very vulnerable spot we've seen hurt fighters a lot. Check some of Volkan Oezdemir's opponents. As far as the last knockdown, looks to me like he was just trying to catch himself and slipped and fell again cuz his glove slid on the canvas. At the end of the day who knows...the japs are known for fixing fights so wouldn't be a surprise. But idk why they would fix this fight. Its only an exhibition and Floyd would beat that kid in a boxing match maybe 10/10 times.

Yh that's my thing...why would they feel the need to fix a fight for the guy who has a way higher chance at winning? The kid clearly only had a punchers chance, so what's the point of fixing it for Floyd to win? If anything, it would have had to been fixed for Tenshin to win. If it was fixed, was the silliest fix i've seen in a while. As far as Cyborg, think she has one more fight left on her contract. I wonder if she'll rematch Nunes again or fight someone else?

What I saw frm that knockdown though, is he was trying to catch himself and fell again cuz his glove slid on the canvas when he went down. You can see his glove slide along the canvas as he's trying to catch himself. We'll agree to disagree on this one. At the end of the day fixed or not, doesn't matter really. This fight gave the kid tons of exposure and money and his record won't be affected.

My opinion on that particular exhibition bout is that I don't care in the least if it was fixed or not.

I'm waiting for Floyd Sr. vs Gabi. That seems like a rizin-esque matchup.
