    Re: The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights

This time I actually believe the preview. Remember how everyone thought that Kimbo would be fighting Schaub because that's who Big Country was giving advice to out by the pool? I don't remember but wasn't Mitrionne-Schaub one of the matches anounced last week? So it makes sense if Mitrionne is the one hurt.

It seemed like might have a concussion or something the way he said, "My brain's not right" or whatever it was and how he just wanted to sleep after the fight. Reminded me of Dwight from The Office when he crashed his car into the pole and was raising his hand without realizing it in the meeting haha... dude seemed out of it. If he does have a concussion or something along those lines, there's no way he can fight so quickly and it would make sense to bring back Kimbo since he didn't really get hurt at all in his fight and it was longer ago than everyone else's basically.

Dana's hate on Roy is ridiculous. First he criticizes Roy for being boring taking a fight to the ground and controlling Kimbo before doing just enough GnP to get the win.

Now that Roy stands toe-to-toe and bangs for 10 minutes, and in the process displays the best stamina we've seen this season so far, now Dana criticizes him for getting punched with maybe four or five shots early in the first, none of which ever had him in serious trouble.

It's insane. What's Roy supposed to do? Throw nothing but jumping spinning back kicks?

I think Dana is bitter that Roy layed on his meal ticket in the first round lol

Damn, another black eye for TUF 10. There definitely should have been a third round, IMO. Hell, I thought Justin was more deserving than Roy the way it is.....

That was pretty awful. I thought Roy putting him against the cage might've given him round one but probably not. Guess it did.

Do both those guys have good chins or just not as much power as they should? Looks like they were both decently tagged multiple times.

I don't think either one of the guys really got caught cleanly. Roy was doing his damage with his jabs and Justin had that one flurry early in the first, but I don't think that he landed as cleanly as he needed to with those wild punches in order to really put Roy in trouble.

I'm watching on DVR... McSweeny is a better between rounds strategist than Rampage from what I can tell.

If I had to give it to someone after 2 rounds I would give the win to Justin. I'd rather it go to a 3rd round, but I honestly can't see how any judge gave Roy the first round. Justin was working him a lot for the round.

Justin def won the 1st round, have to give Roy the 2nd should have went 3 rounds. I gotta say Roy for as huge as he is he is in good shape condition wise and stuff.

Really? I mean, I can certainly see giving the first round to Justin on the basis of his one flurry, but the entire fight? By the end of the fight, Roy was less damaged and he was still going strong, while Justin has been fading for quite a while.

Even if the refs messed up the 10-point must system, I feel that there's no doubt they at least got the right winner of those 10 minutes overall.

That's why ideally I see a 3rd round...I guess Justin's first round impressed me more than Roy's fight overall, he seemed to be fighting "not to lose" rather than to win.

It just shows that judges can see things differently. IMO, if I were judging, I'd have given them 1 round each and we'd see Sudden Victory. Personally I can't see giving both rounds to Roy...

I had it one round a piece. Doubt Justin could win the 3rd, he was gassed. Too bad . I want Roy to get KO'd !

Anyone see the Madden 10 commercial just now that had a quote from the OS review?

Anyways, about tonight's episode, I think Brendan is gonna be beat Jon.
