yea they just said on MMA Live that Daley is cut and Dana said even if he's the #1 p4p fighter in the world he wont be back. Now i think Dana is just a little pissed right now and we know how he says things that he later goes back on but it would take a lot prob for Daley to be brought back.Comment

Dana just announced that tonight was probably Kimbo's final fight with the UFC during the post fight press conference.Comment

Koscheck is a bitch for faking that knee strike to the face. I thought I was watching Manu Ginobili out there taking a flop. Daly is an idiot for throwing that punch late. Shogun is the man. And that Kimbo/Mitrione fight was horrific.Comment

When Mitrione was throwing punches from the mount, it didn't even look like he wanted to end it. Those punches looked soooooooo soft.Comment

I was a Daley fan coming into this card and wanted to see him KO Josh, but got damn that dude is a *****. No need for that man, just shake his hand, he dominated your ***. Glad we won't be seeing him any time soon in the UFC. Oh and screw the Montreal crowd for booing Kosh, he gave them the bidness.
Oh and I almost forgot, Shogun 2-0 vs Machida.Last edited by DTX3; 05-09-2010, 12:31 AM.XBL: DTX3

Fixed. And I think Kos executed his game-plan to perfection against Daley. It definitly wasn't a boring fight, IMO. It's going to be interesting to see who Meat Head fights next. Those leg kicks looked tough. My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Re: UFC 113-Machida-Shogun 2, May 8th in Montreal.
Cote was looking good in round 2 until that slam.
Mitrione showed some nice skills but I still remember his crap on TUF so still don't think much of him. This is now the second guy to steal Matt Hammil's entrance song. Why would you steal a deaf guy's music? The hell is wrong with these people?
I had Stout winning. Round 1 for Stephens,2 for Stout though thought it could go either way and round 3 was for sure Stout. Don't know what that judge that scored it 30-27 was watching.
I'm not mad at Daley. **** Koscheck,he's the one I've had enough of. Throw his *** out not Daley. If anyone ever deserved to be punched in the face post fight it's him. I would've DQed him for pulling that **** again. Fitch should be getting the shot/TUF coach job after that display as boring as he is.
Far as the main event, well I didn't see that one coming. Rashad must be estatic right now.Comment

Re: UFC 113-Machida-Shogun 2, May 8th in Montreal.
So, what is it that makes a "good fight" to you then?
Because Stout vs. Stephens was a 3 round battle if decisions are you cup of tea.
Rua had a dramatic 1st round KO if knock out are you're thing.
And although Kos and Daley didn't live up to the hype, it was still far from a boring fight, IMO. Especially, considering all the post-fight antics.
So, I just can't wrap my head around an MMA fan saying there was only ONE "good fight".

Re: UFC 113-Machida-Shogun 2, May 8th in Montreal.
Well everyone's pretty much already summed up my thoughts on this one. I would like to add though that EVERY SINGLE fight on the main card I predicted wrong, I'll be sticking to picking hockey and football games.
I feel really bad for Kimbo, I was honestly expecting him to pick up his game a lot, but yeah it's clear he's just not cut out for the big leagues.
Surprisingly, the best part of the whole night was Koscheck winning, because now we get to see someone finally shut his big mouth. He might have been right about the Penguins winning the series but GSP will take it to him. I was liking Daley before this fight, and it's good to hear he was cut, that kind of stuff doesn't belong in sport, and he's lucky he isn't in jail as Rogan said.
Yeah, my prediction was Machida by decision going into this thing, but I knew anything could have happened because of how even the matchup seemed to be. I don't take anything away from Machida though, he got caught just like anyone can, but Rua is serious business.
Everyone seems to think Rampage is gonna walk through Rashad, I'm really not sure about that, but hey, my track record as of late with UFC picks isn't pretty.Comment
