Yeah, I can totally understand that...honestly though, I'm not sure I (and maybe the judges too, given how horrible some decisions are) don't know how to correctly apply the 10-8...That line is so blurred I don't know how I'd apply it to some fights...

Re: The Bellator Thread
Easily the worst Bellator I've seen, and it largely had to do with the heavyweight fights being so sloppy and, in the case of Cole Konrad, boring. It seems that featuring low to mid-tier heavyweights, a la Ultimate Fighter 10, is not conducive for quality fights.Comment

Yeah it was a pretty crappy card. I've been saying from the beginning that a HW tournament was a bad idea.Comment

Re: The Bellator Thread
Yeah, I looked up the card and it looked boring...just watched the first match on a re-showing last night (guy won via guillotine in the 1st after being threatened by triangles for a while).
I do that all the time with UFC Unleashed and whatnot...I look up the fights and see how long they were and if it was worth watching lolNintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

The 3rd fight of last night's card was decent, Danny Tims vs. Jose Vega. But next week's event, Bellator 27, should be great with a featherweight title fight between Joe Soto and Joe Warren. Definitely tune in to watch that.Comment

Re: The Bellator Thread
Joe Soto is an idiot...too much clowning and showboating, he had Warren hurt in the first round and should've finished him off.

Re: The Bellator Thread
I loved, absolutely loved, that Warren KO.
I hate it when a fighter disrespects his opponent mid-fight like Soto was doing to Warren during the first round. I was glad to see him pay for his arrogance via one of the best comeback finishes this year.
Completely out-striking a fighter like Soto was doing in the first round is humiliating enough, you don't need to rub it in and mock your opponent further, let your hands speak for themselves. Hopefully Soto learned a valuable lesson last night.
Joe Warren's heart is inspiring.
