Takanori Gomi vs. Clay Guida this fight is easily my favorite on the match card.

Re: UFC 125: Revolution - Edgar vs. Maynard, Nelson vs. Carwin -1/1/11
I ask because I constantly see this for all dominating fighters. Why would you want them to move up to a weight class where it's simply size putting them at a disadvantage rather than stay in the weight class where their talent shines the most?
For example, I always see people calling for GSP to move up. Would his fights really be more exciting if he moves up to become an undersized MW? Look at BJ Penn. He's a dominating LW (except against Edgar, apparently) but when he moves up to WW (or higher) he becomes an ordinary fighter. Wouldn't you rather watch him at his best?
I'm not picking on you. I'm genuinely curious.Impact de Montréal

Could you clarify something for me? Why do you want him to move up?

It was an initial reaction, here's what I posted in the other thread about the merge.

Now to your point of being fighters like GSP being undersized, it's not like it'd be this unnatural thing, he's 24 years old, that's still pretty darn young to develop that frame. Eventually it'd be only natural for him to go up in weight, or at least it wouldn't put a harsh strain on his body. So comparing GSP and Penn really doesn't make much sense when speaking on Aldo.
Now I have always wanted him to move up simply to be in the UFC.. now that they're one it makes it a lot easier to have new fights assuming this guy continues to win. I'm not against him staying in featherweight for the foreseeable future, especially with the possibility of LW's moving down...Comment

Re: UFC 125: Revolution - Edgar vs. Maynard, Aldo vs. Grispi -1/1/11
Yeah he is!!
No he isn't
Was referring to Aldo
If Aldo goes up to LW, I really don't think the size will be that big of a factor for him. FW/LW difference seems like a doable thing, especially given Aldo's circumstances/age/skillComment

A similar thing happened with Dave Herman in Bellator this year and he was in limbo for a few months.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Last I heard was he wasn't going to fight until they can resolve this issue because Roy Jones Jr.'s promotion was suing Nelson and the UFC because Nelson apparently owed them one more fight, but Nelson instead went to compete on TUF.

I don't really see anything new. Hopefully, nothing comes of it and he can continue his career in the UFC.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Edgar, Maynard, Leben, Stann ............. = Poor PPV Buyrate
I'm more hyped up for the other 3 fights on the main card. The main event and co-main event does nothing for me. I'm a hardcore UFC fan and even I'm not going to pay for this.Comment

Weak card on paper so maybe it turns out to be great like other cards in the past that looked weak on paper as well. I barely care about the card at this point but I would absolutely love to see Maynard smash Edgar's face in, just cant stand Frankie for some reason.Comment

Thats rediculous. They should give U-21's like wristbands or something that will only allows access to the arena, not the bars or the casino itself. Then again, I'm also U-21 and never been to Vegas.GT:jb12780
