Lets hope that Silva will be the only injury on this card.. Stacked. Reminds me of what 155 was originally supposed to be in a way.Saturday Night Lights Online Dynasty

Reem gets re-licensed in Nevada.. so Dana and company were confident this would go through? Haha I didn't even realize he wasn't licensed, but the card was still made for Vegas...
So what are the thoughts on Reem? In terms of his dealings with testosterone and his body size. So now that he's clean, should we expect him to look different? Muscle wise? I wonder how much testosterone he was on and if it made that much of an impact on his physique/strength.
On Tuesday morning, Overeem appeared before the regulatory body at the Grant Sawyer State Office Building in Las Vegas, and faced little resistance from the five-person panel.
According to testimony given by NSAC's executive director Keith Kizer, Overeem sent in five self-administered tests between June and December that were all clean. Additionally, he faced two tests through the commission, on November 16 and December 21. Likewise, he passed those screenings.Comment

Hell yea I expect him to look different. Every time I watch old Pride videos and see him, it looks so clear that he's been on something.Originally posted by MoJust once I'd like to be the one they call a jerk off.Originally posted by MoYou underestimate my lazinessOriginally posted by Mo**** ya

He wont look much different. I've seen clips of him working with the Blackzillians and he looks the same. People need to accept that there will always be some fighters are on PEDs but are savvy enough to cycle off of them when in competition. As bad as everyone makes the PED problem in MMA only 5 fighters on the Zuffa payroll (T. Silva, Shields, Bonner, Overeem, Cyborg) were caught using PEDs in the last 2 yrs. There are almost 400 fighters on Zuffa's payroll so thats less than 2%. The number jumps to 3% if you include Weed and Painkillers. So that either means that hundreds of fighters are great at cycling off roids and avoiding test failures or the PED problem isnt as big as the MMA media likes to make it.Comment

I always think that about every sport now.. not just baseball, football or track. With science evolving and the demands on athletes, I do have my doubts about athletes being clean. I would wager more likely guys are cycling off of it rather than it not being a problem.
I don't know how many guys in MMA are on it but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of guys were. I would be surprised if it turns out the media was making it a bigger deal than it is.Comment

I'm going to be in Vegas this weekend for the Super Bowl. I'm going to try to get tickets for this.
Edit: Nevermind, I just checked the prices. Sky-High.Last edited by dsallupinyaarea; 01-17-2013, 02:10 AM.NFL - Vikings
