Man what a kickass main card.
I am sitting here just buzzing.
That main event was crazy. Conor had Nate down multiple times and couldnt finish, Nate had Conor gassed out and smothered many times but couldn't finish.
I wonder if Conor can solve that gas tank problem..."Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

I think Diaz beats him if they rematch. That pressure is just too much for him. He isnt built for 5 round fights where he isnt the bigger man and he is getting pressured.Comment

What do you think the next move is for UFC/Conor? Does he just vacate the 145 belt?"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

I had this thought in my head....and I was gonna post it but I was afraid it sounded too stupid
Ok, so here it goes.
I admit this may be REALLY dumb, so forgive me
Is there ANY possible way NOT cutting weight the last two fights actually hurt Conors cardio? If you think about it, down at 145, hes scraping and scraping sweating off the weight, thats a lot of roadwork/treadmill/cardio that he hasnt had to do the last two fights.
Does that make any sense at all?
It just seems weird to me that he gasses SO easily now"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

So everyone loses. Eddie A. will have to fight Khabib and get destroyed. Diaz wont fight until Conor comes back for a rematch. Aldo gets the belt back but is seen as illegitimate since Conor crushed him last year and he didnt get that win back.Comment

Mendes fight only went two rounds and both guys kinda looked tired"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Different kinda fight against Max. Max was still a bit green then and wasnt able to pressure him. The funny thing about that fight is Conor dominated Max on the ground. He blew out his knee in that fight and took it to the ground in rounds 2-3.Comment
