I highly doubt his hair could have grown as fast as everyone thinks especially looking at the pics you posted.Originally posted by TheTruth916 -
Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
My hair grows out quickly. Within a month my hair is down to my shoulders. This is when i get my hair cut short..If I buzz it, My hair grows back in about 2.5 months maybe 3. So i am considering those pics to be about that time frame, So I am going with stings hair to about his shoulders.Originally posted by candyman56I highly doubt his hair could have grown as fast as everyone thinks especially looking at the pics you posted.

Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
Didn't they already do this with Sting? Kept him off television and teased his return with vignettes? All of this leading to the big blow-off match on PPV? Oh wait...that was 8 years ago in WCW. And the shoved-down-our-throats-until-the-fans-rebel-Champ was different. But why is Sting coming for Double J? Sting is a legend...Double J is a loser.
Seriously, though, GREAT MOVE by TNA to delay this. I was going to order the PPV anyway, but this gives it a "historic" feel. I mean...it's friggin' STING! WOOOOOOO!!! As long as he isn't pushed to death for the next year and is used a transitional champ (drop it to Monty Brown maybe?), then this is going to be good
And oh yeah...the fans have DEFENITLEY had it with J-E-Double F

I guess the "heat" has finally turned to apathy.
I want to see Sting as Champ, but yeah I don't want him to be the only one going after the title. If JJ wants to be stubborn and not drop the title every now and again. Hopefully Sting will be win the title and then drop it to guys like Christian Cage, Monty Brown and maybe TNA has been waiting to get a "Big" Star to come in to take the title off JJ, so when the younger guys win the title it would actually mean more than winning it off JJ?
As for the Spoiler I know exactly what your talking about or at least I think so and that's going to need to be fixed or edited. The DuCross Brothers: Sports Internet Talk Show

Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
I can't wait for sting to return. I have been a fan of his since the early WCW days and never thought he would come back and wrestle again. The only thing that I want to know is why in the world does he have to team up with the creepy little bastard Christian in his debut match? I would have thought TNA would have him team up with more of a fan favorite superstar.Last edited by Kohlstar20; 01-08-2006, 12:04 AM.Comment

Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
Candyman....I just watched the sting video over on TNA but, on quicktime and I disected it.
Well a few things i noticed. His paint is the same as it was back in his first run with TNA.
Second thing i notice was that his hair is slicked back, and its not really to his shoulders just a little short but, it kinda gives it a feel that its almost long but, still short if that makes sence.
and his Eyes looks wicked, Theres a close up in the video that if you catch it, Its his eyes with the paint. It gives you the feeling that he can look right through you.The DuCross Brothers: Sports Internet Talk Show

Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
I didn't know he all of a sudden became such a huge superstar now that he is with TNA. All I know is that the fans never really liked him no matter what company he was wrestling for. I personally think he is still a CLB and doesn't deserve to team up with the likes of sting who is one of the greatest superstars in wrestling history.Originally posted by Longhorn6You obviously haven't followed Christian lately.
Christian = a HUGE fan favorite.Comment

Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
I order every TNA PPV and have no regrets, but this is a treat that Sting will be on the show. I haven't been this excited for a TNA PPV in a long time, don't get me wrong, I enjoy ordering them every month but Sting is an added bonus.Originally posted by JiggidyJamesDidn't they already do this with Sting? Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.
From TNAwrestling.com
I like his attitude.“I’m very humbled that TNA called and I know this is a great way to give back,” Sting said. “This one-year commitment to TNA Wrestling is not about Sting; this is my way of saying thanks to the fans and so many others who have helped me over the years.
“I want to prove myself again, and know that I have to – to the fans and the other wrestlers. I’ve been a part of the building process before and am looking forward to the same challenge of building another company. Clearly, the possibilities are endless.”
Sting got his first break into wrestling by, ironically, Jeff Jarrett’s dad, Jerry, a longtime promoter in Tennessee.
“TNA is a great challenge; that’s something I like. I also really like the potential for this company. I know God has led me on the path I am now on, and have a high level of anticipation and expectation for 2006.”The DuCross Brothers: Sports Internet Talk Show
