This looks like a sweet shirt..one of the better TNA shirts to come out. Maybe it's because i'm a Sting fan I don't know. But I like it.

It looks nice. Hopefully TNA will release a Sting DVD after this year with all his matches from the early NWA-TNA days + matches from this year.

The shirt looks good, I'll definately pick one up sometime in the future. And the DVD too if TNA releases it after this year.

Re: Sting's debut being held off till PPV.

I just remembered... I know it's not part of the whole TNA thing:

I remember when Sting was the regular white/black painted face in WCW... but I also remember when he changed out white with red and joined nWo... man, I disliked that a lot, because he changed as a wrestler. He seemed to fight dirty, and I don't see him as a dirty fighter. I tend to forget that period.

He also lost his mystique and became a jackass on the mic. He was much better when he was just the mysterious guy. I will always remember when he came down from the rafters. I believe it was on one of the PPVs.

Since this is the Sting thread, figured I'd show off my new Sting sig for a few other forums.

Jeff Jarrett and Steve Borden (Sting) recently met for several hours in a closed door meeting to discuss the direction of the Sting character. As it stands right now, Sting will be off the next 2 PPVs, but will be appearing in some vignettes in the coming weeks. The plan as of now is to have Jarrett make a mockery of Sting to the point that he comes "out of retirement" and goes after the current NWA champion.

I guess we pay him top dollar to only have Sting off of tv for 2 months. Good move TNA.

BINGO FOLKS!! Sting said he wanted his Character Darker to be a dark version. He didn't have time to develop that he wanted to come in right away and see if he can still go. He saw he could. So now lets play the retirement card and piss off Sting and play some vignettes...thus you begin to develop the darker Sting I'm lovin it!

Oh yeah, I like that direction too. That's a great way to look at it. Maybe a rafter jumper, or the lights off, and he's in the middle of the ring with his bat. Yeah, this will be sweet.

                        Thanks brah.

Good thinking, guess this will make him darker, if it's done right. As long as he appears at every Impact, I think it'll be alright..

                          Re: Official STING Thread

I'm just pissed that I sat through the entire hour of Impact! last night, hoping I would get to see the Stinger, but he was nowhere to be found.

I'm a huge Sting fan...have been since I was a kid. But I hate when wrestling promotions...ANY wrestling promotion...plugs the fact that someone will be on the show, and then for storyline purposes, he isn't on it. I don't care if it's good for the story, do not lie to your viewers. That'd be like tuning in for the AFC Championship Game, later to find out that instead of Broncos-Steelers, we're going to get a replay of the Arena Bowl from 2003.

Okay...bad analogy...but you get my point.
