        Book signing??? Was he signing random books people brought in? Surely no publisher would actually accept a transcript about his career.

            That's an old old picture. I've seen it before many times.

            He's pretty much a joke these days as he tries to get himself booked on Legends fanfests and conventions. Unfortunately for him he's almost always kicked out or there as a paying customer.

            I did like the story of how Virgil broke the shackles of "slavery" against the Million Dollar Man and having Roddy Piper train him etc etc. It was a bit comical but they really had a neat Rocky vibe to that storyline.

                  No, it was him. He also changed his name to Shane later on.

                  I saw Virgil hanging outside of an indy show once. He begged me to buy an autograph off him. I told him I would buy him a beer and he let me know he wasn't allowed inside the building. No way I would ever pay for an autograph (unless I could make a good profit by selling it). I ended up not giving him anything. Leech.

                              Poor Virgil. He should have shown up to that book signing with the Million Dollar Belt!!! That would have got him some books to sign!!!!!!
